"I called Ron Weaslbee!"
"Okay, stop laughing. That was once." Blaise said, playfully hitting Enzo as we all laughed at how a girl had rejected Blaise because he was an inch shorter than her. "I swear to Merlin, when I get a glow up, you're all going to be crying." He huffed as Draco snickered out another laugh.
"Dray, how's your arm?" Daphne asked, slowly trailing her finger down his supposedly broken arm as Pansy and I shared a 'did you see that too?' glance. Draco sighed dramatically, soaking every drop of the attention he got. "The pain comes and goes. Stupid chicken, I'm going to get that thing killed and the old man fired." He scoffed, "Good riddance, Hagrid with his stupid classes and 'Potter' favouritism has made me hate Care for Magical Creatures." Theo followed. I suppose the 'Potter' favouritism never makes its way into Slytherin.
"When did you ever like that class, Theo?" Pansy furrowed her brows, "Never, but I hate it even more now— if that was even possible." I rolled my eyes at his answer. "Draco, you can't possibly be thinking of telling your father to kill the poor animal." I turned my head towards him. He silently stared back at me, considering it for a moment like it was buying a broom. ""Potter!" I heard a voice call out as turned my head around to look. "Your Gryffindor brother's asking for you. Said he doesn't want to step a foot in the Slytherin common room." The first year said before walking off with his friends. "Doesn't want to step a foot in the Slytherin Common Room?" Enzo repeated, "does your brother actually think we're snakes and we're going to kill him?" Draco continued, making the group laugh but it was clear how offended they were. I sighed, getting up as I straightened my school skirt as Daphne and Pansy went up to change out of theirs. "I'll be back in a minute." I said, walking away, "Don't poison your brother." I heard Draco's voice and a few followed snickers.
"Y/n, thank god you're here." I heard Harry's voice, looking up to see him and Weasley. "Why couldn't you come in? I'm sure the first year offered you the password." I asked, causing him to gulp. "What?" He asked, "I expected it from stupid Weaslebee, not from you, Harry." Don't ask, it just slipped out. "That's not it, you know them, Y/n-" I cut him off, "I am one of them, Harry. I have been for the past three years." I scoffed, crossing my arms. "Well, that's obvious." Weasley said, looking at w
me up and down in fear and disgust like I was a murderer. "What was that, Weasley?" I glared up again the boy who took a step behind Harry, shutting up. That's what I thought."I'm sorry." Harry muttered. "I'm gonna need the invisibility cloak you have." I rolled my eyes at his fake apology. "You have your own, do you not?" I asked. Although it came out harsher than I expected. "I'm.. doing something. Could I please get it?" I poked my tongue against my cheek, storming back in and up to my dorm as I looked for the invisibility cloak.
I got a hold of it, rushing back down as I walked out, looking up to see them in the same spot— probably talking trash about me. I pushed the cloak into Harry's arms before glaring at him for a moment.
"Well? Do you want a home cooked meal too? Right— you're scared a Slytherin like me would poison it." I sneered, walking back into my dorm.
"Well, what happened?" Draco asked me as the group stared back at me. "I think you'd be happy." I chuckled, causing Draco to raise an eyebrow. "I called Ron weaselbee!" I exclaimed as if I was a four year old child who had just learned how to ride a tricycle. "There's the real Slytherin, proud of you Y/n." Draco chuckled sarcastically, as Pansy showed me a thumbs up.I was a Slytherin. And I love it.
