With this, Y/N can form compounds out of two different elements, or even transmute elements into different ones. Note he can rearrange these molecules but it's on a very basic level. He could turn calcium into iron and then make it into a sword but cannot form complex constructs with it.

Reasons: Kevin was a criminal and still has criminal connections yet despite this is a stand-up guy. He's respectable and is sort of like an older brother to Ben. Kevin's "roguish charm" makes him quite literally a Smooth Criminal.
