RTA #2- Chapters 2 & 3

CHAPTER 2

PRESENT

RTA HQ

"Eclipse! Eclipse!" Peridot whispered into the sleepy dog's ear.

T- Eclipse is a dog. Write that down.

"It's mid- oh, right!" Said Eclipse as they trotted outside of their room into the lobby of the HQ. "It has been 3 years since the last fog storm! It could be tonight!!!"

T- Mike, how come you never described fog storms to us?

M- We humans usually call those bus stops.

Peridot yelled as they got outside. "It's not happening. I saw the future." Eclipse said.

T- (a la Peridot) "No SPOILERS!"

"Oh, ok" Said Peridot as they got back inside. "Hey, the only way into our room is the hall of cameras. Who knows if they are on!" Said Eclipse as she turned invisible.

(Mike cracks up)

M- Hall of cameras!

"Well we'll find out in just a minute!" cried Peridot as she hurried after Eclipse. Peridot then turned into the size of a gem shard and hopped onto invisible Eclipse's ear. "They ARE on, I can hear the humming, go check to make sure" Said Eclipse

C- This looks like a death trap.

as she flung tiny Peridot from her ear into the security camera. "IT'S ON!!!" Said Peridot as she jumped back into Eclipse's, well, tail since she was invisible. They were normal again in their bed. Then Eclipse had a horrible nightmare....

G- (echoing) "Sephora on Saturdays..."

CHAPTER 3

ECLIPSE'S MIND

"Hello." Said a voice familiar to Foxgirl's. "F- Foxgirl?"

M- Now who the hell is Foxgirl?

Asked Eclipse in horror as she opened her eyes. Then, as she looked into Foxgirl's eyes, a strange thing happened. She felt power from her fade. And she couldn't control the powers inside her.

C- POW! Sorry.

"Wha?" She asked as the poem she heard as a baby came on her mind. "The dog and the moon will control the moon, and the gems will control gems too, the fox will have a magnificent town, and the tiger with wings too. The only danger that awaits this horrible, town, this horrible, place. Is when a dinosaur sees the dirt at Earth.

T- There's a dinosaur? I wanna read this story now.

He will then give a signal to all the villains in this beautiful morn. All you have to do is be prepared for the fog storm....." The voice sounded like the Tiger fire. It was a warning! "WAKE UP! YOU ARE MISSING IT!!!" Shouted a voice.

M- One hell of a nightmare.

C- I know, Mike.
