CHAPTER 4

"Now, Foxpaw, USE YOUR FEET."

G- Paws.

Growled Speckledfur. Foxpaw, Stripepaw, and Forbiddenpaw were hunting. Then, their deputy, Raveneye, watched them. "Speckledfur, a word with you?" Asked Raveneye sharply, gazing a stone cold gaze.

E- Well, stones can sometimes be sharp, and they're mostly cold, so he's not too far off there.

Stripepaw crept closer to hear the two toms talking. "Foxpaw is having some difficulties hunting. Is everything alright?" Raveneye meowed. "She is not succeeding." Speckledfur said. "She has let far too many rabbits and mice run for the hills."

L- What a loser!

"And about the incident..." Said Raveneye. "Grouseflight and Eaglewhisker rated among warriors to our old leader, Rosestar, and you, of course, said that I would make a good deputy. Yet, of course, she chose either Eaglewhisker or Grouseflight. Later, we killed Rosestar at night. After that, you became deputy and Whitestar became leader."

(ALL ad lib exclaims of "woah!" "slow down!" "vent much?" etc.)

Speckledfur said. "Yes, but it sounds like you are saying that Foxpaw doesn't belong here, yes?" Raveneye glared at Foxpaw in the distance, struggling to hunt.

E- You know, that wouldn't be such an issue if her MENTOR WERE THERE!

"Yes. Don't worry, Raveneye. Foxpaw will be dead by morning."

E- And what's the main character gonna do?

Chapter 5

"Trying to kill FOXPAW? NEVER!" Stripepaw pounced on Speckledfur.

E- That.

Forbiddenpaw and Foxpaw just stared at the two cats fighting.

L- (a la Foxpaw) "You got this. I'm just gonna..."

Whitestar appeared from her den. "MY, SPECKLEDFUR! JUST WHAT DO YOU THINK YOU'RE DOING?! ATTACKING AN APPRENTICE?" Whitestar hissed boldly. "Heh... hiya, Whitestar..." Speckledfur stood embarrassed and let go of Stripepaw. "No, he randomly attacked Stripepaw and plotted to kill Foxpaw." Raveneye said.

L- Woah, that was kind of a lie.

"WHAT- that is not true!" Speckledfur growled. "Nobody said that I was on your side, Speckledfur...."

ALL- OooooO!
