African Arc 145: Leopard For Leopard

The scene changed to Marcus, Sofia, Rakezh and Gemini who were having a small gathering at the park in Orlando.

The quartet even brought their children to play together with each other whilst the adults began chatting amongst themselves.

Rakezh and Gemini's children: Carla, Priya and Libra.

Marcus and Sofia's children: Veronica and Santos.

Veronica was playing a small tug of war with Priya over a doll. Carla and Santos were minding their own business until Libra came out of nowhere and playfully tackled Santos from behind, the duo began rolling on the ground. Carla watched them and just shook her head clearly unimpressed.

Meanwhile with the adults.

Sofia: How's your shoulder Rak?

Rakezh: It's fine, I'm still recovering. Fu-

He realized what he was gonna say before clearing his throat.

Rakezh: My apologies, it's just I am itching for to go out there and hunt something.

Gemini: Basically his leopard hormones are kicking in.

Rakezh: They're not hormones Gemini, they're instincts. It's just I'm not used to sit in the back lines, it's like I'm trapped in a zoo.

Marcus: You'll start to hunt soon enough. What do you even do back home tho?

Rakezh: Well, the kids are keeping me occupied. Normally male leopards don't give two sh-

Gemini: Basically male leopards leave the mom to raise the kids on her own, but that's not how I roll now do I Raky~?

Rakezh: She wouldn't stop nagging me, I had to take responsibility too.

Sofia: So you hate your kids-

Rakezh: I never said that. I love them, they're my little angels, one of the few joys I have in life.

Marcus: What else?

Rakezh: Other stuff that I-

Gemini: I'm stuff~.

Rakezh groaned whilst pinching the bridge of his nose as the wolf giggled.

Gemini: Moving on, what about you two?

Sofia: Well raising Santos and Veronica is a bit of a task.

Marcus: Especially Vero since she's kind of selfish and doesn't want to share her toys with her brother.

Sofia: She's still a kitten Marc, she'll get over the phase quickly.

Rakezh: What else do you do?

Marcus: Well 2 days ago I had to introduce my parents and siblings to her.

Sofia: I already met your brother Thibaut, and your sister is fun, your parents are cool as well. Over all you come from a nice family Marc.

Marcus: I mean if you put it that way, before you came to my life I still would've remained distant from Thibaut for obvious reasons, but now that's all patched up.

Gemini: Brother troubles hm? We all had our first rodeo there son.

Marcus: Yeah oh and by the way mind if I ask a favor from you two?
