Many years ago, back before the X-Men, Charles still wanted to help any mutant he came across. The only problem was that some mutants didn't want help. Instead, they seemed intent on hurting non-mutants. One of them was Y/N.
Back when he was just a baby, Charles tried to help a mutant who was on the verge of going on a rampage against innocent people. Despite all the support and assistance Charles offered, it fell on deaf ears. In the end, Y/N's entire family was annihilated—except for the baby himself.
After taking care of the dangerous mutant, Charles was horrified to see the destruction left behind. That's when he heard the faint crying of a baby in the debris. From that day on, Charles was reminded why he was doing this—not just to integrate mutants into society but also to protect non-mutants from dangerous individuals.
Twenty-three years later, the X-Men were formed. Despite being part of the group, Y/N was considered the 'normal' one due to his lack of powers. Still, he fit in well with his team, even with his adoptive father as their leader. He had grown especially close to one particular member...
After finishing his workout, Logan took a swig of water, his muscles glistening with sweat. Feeling refreshed, he moved toward the boxing dummy, preparing for his next exercise. As he started throwing punches, he noticed Y/N entering the room. Dressed for his own workout, Y/N approached with a smirk.
"Working out again?" Y/N teased.
Logan flexed slightly, showing off his muscles. "Gotta keep my boys in shape—not just for the battlefield, but also for any potential admirers."
Y/N chuckled, always enjoying their flirtatious banter. Although they weren't a couple, there was definitely something brewing between them. "I imagine you have plenty of admirers."
"You could say that." Logan said, smirking. "But I only care about one."
"Oh? And who's that?"
"That's a secret." Logan replied coyly.
"Well, that sucks for me." Y/N said with mock disappointment. "I guess I'll have to figure out who the lucky girl is... or guy."
"It's a guy. A very, very handsome guy." Logan answered, stepping closer.
"A handsome guy getting someone as sexy as you?" Y/N murmured, feeling the warmth radiating from Logan's body. "How lucky for him. I bet he'd love to go on a date with you sometime—dinner and all."
"Then tell him to meet me at 8 tonight." Logan said smoothly. "I'll find somewhere nice, we'll eat, and maybe... have a little dessert later."
Y/N chuckled. "I guess we'll see what happens. If you play your cards right, you might just get your cake and eat it too."
"And I'd love that." Logan murmured, flashing a charming smirk before turning back to his workout. "But if that very same guy wants to give me some space, I won't have to neglect my ripped body."
"I suppose he'll have to." Y/N teased. "Then again, like I said—if you play your cards right, there are plenty of ways to burn calories. ...And I know a few tricks."
With that, Y/N sauntered away, leaving Logan to watch him go with a satisfied smirk before returning to his workout.

At 8 PM, Y/N stood outside the mansion, waiting for his date. It didn't take long before he spotted the glow of a motorcycle's headlights approaching. The bike came to a smooth stop beside him, and Logan greeted him with a smirk.
