Sara continued to thrash in her sleep, her breathing picking up.

I didn't know why, but almost every night she would have terrible nightmares, and I'd always wake her up and ask her about it. Her answer each time? Nothing.

Apparently she never remembered her dreams. I knew it was a lie. She still wouldn't take about it either, I tried getting both Tyler and Jenna to talk to her about it, but Sara was a closed book.

This time was the final straw.

"Sara wake up." I cooed, when she continued to sleep, I started shaking her.

"Sara!" I said I little bit louder, still shaking her.

She woke up in a hurry, she didn't seem to know where she was, or what was going on.

"Are you okay babygirl?" I asked stroking her hair smoothly.

"Yeah I'm fine, just another bad dream." She commented.

"What was it about?" I pushed, I wasn't going to let her get off easily like I'd been doing.

"Nothing, I can't really remember." She lied, looking down.

"Sara, I know when you're lying. Why won't you talk about it?" I begged pulling her chin up so she would face me.

"Sleep paralysis." She mumbled and tuning away.

Sara turned and went into the bathroom.

I didn't know what sleep paralysis was. Of course I didn't know.

I looked it up on my phone, and I wasn't pleased with what I found.

Terrifying hallucinations? Inability to move, speak, and even react?

That wasn't good.

I was getting Sara a counselor, I didn't know what to do, or how to.

Maybe it was because I was scared, or maybe because I cared.

But Sara wouldn't be too happy.
