Being an Assassin benefited you. You could travel the world and meet new faces and make new friends. Ezio was a close friend of yours and when you were officially an Assassin, he introduced you to many people. You met Machiavelli, La Volpe and Ezios sister, Claudia. But the one person that Ezio introduced you to was a man named Leonardo Da Vinci. He was an amazing artist. He doesn't just do paintings, he did certain machines that were vital to the brotherhood.

You had seen him a couple times before but it wasn't often. But today, you had no plans. You decided you would go ahead and visit him. After some time of rooftop running, you made it to his workshop and gently knocked on his door. It took a moment, but he then appeared at the door and looked happy to see you. "Ah! (Y/n), my friend! Come inside"! You graciously walked inside and over to Leonardo. "So, how can I help you today"?

"I don't need help. I wanted to see how you were today since I see you very rarely".

"Well, I always enjoy your company and Ezios as well". Leonardo got a bit closer to you and whispered, "If I may be honest. I enjoy your company a bit more than Ezios". You smiled at him and thanked him for being nice and caring. You and Leonardo were examining codex pages together and you got to help him make blueprints for new machines. He really was a very talented artist. But the more you got to look at him, he was actually a bit handsome.

After some time went by, you and Leonardo took a break from working and started to walk around the area to get fresh air. Leonardo was absolutely stunning and such a gentleman. He knew so many things and was delighted to share his knowledge with you. He trusts you and knows you would never share his incredible knowledge to anyone else but yourself. Throughout the walk, Leonardo got you flowers and you both took horses out for a night ride. It was a nice touch to have the Borgia guards leave you and Leonardo alone.

You and Leonardo were back in the city and were on one of the bridges. "It's such a beautiful night, (y/n)". Leonardo moved closer to you and was only two inches away from you. "It truly is. Nights like these must be remembered forever". Leonardo agreed and turned to face you. "But if I may, this night's beauty is nothing compared to your beauty". You blushed so hard and hid your face in embarrassment. He chuckled a bit and gently pulled your face towards him so he could see you.

Unfortunately, the moment was interrupted by Ezio.

"(Y/n), come we have some things to do".

"Ezio, I'm busy right now". Ezio looked at Leonardo and got a small smirk on his face since he figured out what was going on. "You two love birds will have to wait. The Borgia are planning an attack to try and find our hideout". You sighed in disappointment and looked at Leonardo with sadness and said, "I'm sorry, Leonardo. I have to go".

"It's alright", he took a hold of your hand, "I understand". He gave a small smile and kissed your hand. "Will you be alright getting back to your workshop"?

"Yes. Don't worry. I'll be alright". You and Ezio whistled for his horses and you both rode off back to the base to prepare. While Ezio was thinking of the attack and how to defend against it, you were focused on Leonardo. He's all you thought of. Even during the preparation of the attack, you were too distracted by thinking of him that Ezio had to keep reminding you to stay focused. You and the rest of the Assassins kept setting up defenses and not long after they were finished, the attack came but it was a very unexpected turn of events.

There wasn't much of an attack. Only ten of the Borgia guards came and that was it. You and Ezio shared glances but this was too suspicious. You said you would go to Leonardos workshop and Ezio came along with you. While getting there, you saw Leonardo being beaten up by Borgia guards. You instantly got mad and sprinted over to the scene to kill the guards with Ezio following you from behind. It didn't take long to kill them and save Leonardo. "Come, let's get you back to your workshop".

On the way back to his workshop, you supported Leonardo since he got beat up pretty badly while Ezio went to retrieve a doctor. You sat Leonardo down on one of his cushioned chair by the fire and sat with him until the doctor came. "You saved my life". You smiled and looked at him and said, "Some people are worth saving for. Like you". Leonardo smiled and placed a hand on your cheek. With the feeling of love exploding inside you, you moved in closer and you both kissed.

The moment itself was just as magical as you wished it to be. Leonardo stood up and embraced you while he kept kissing you. Then there was a knock at the door which opened to reveal Ezio. "Leonardo, I found the-"

Ezio saw the scene before him and smiled. "How can I help you, Ezio"?

"I found the doctor as promised". The doctor approached Leonardo and told him to sit down so he could examine him. Ezio was grinning like a madman the entire time since he saw the exchange of love you and Leonardo did and it made him grin like a madman. "Two little love birds" Ezio said while nudging you.

"Hush"!
