Today at gym, I tried doing some abs exercises post cardio. I wasn't able to handle it AT ALL! To be honest, I felt really bad when I saw someone else do it so easily but then remembered Alex's advice.

As of now, it's probably going to take a few days before I get back to abs related exercises cause my stomach hasn't stopped paining since morning. My cycle probably has something to do with it as well.
