I had no social plans today. But it's not like I didn't go out either.
Alex and I went to Nature's Basket to get necessary supplies for today's meal (and also another flavour of that Korean ramen). Dad made some amazing chicken stew for lunch today. It's apparently considered as a poor man's dish but it's very tasty!
In the evening, mom and I went out to do some (not clothes) shopping. Mom got her specs fixed, got herself an umbrella, I got myself some rain-appropriate footwear, Kirsten's card game gift and then we headed back home.
We watched the India vs. England match. India lost for the first time during this World Cup. They're still pretty much in form so I'm hopeful.
Currently, the clock's just struck 12 and it's time to wish Paloma! I could've been celebrating with her right now if not for all those lies and cancelled plans. I'll be going to her place tomorrow so it's cool. I hope the rains don't mess it up for me tho.
