Nini POV

Two days had passed on mine and Ricky's little vacation and I was in heaven. We spent our days laying out by the pool, making out, walking around downtown Santa Barbara and holding each other until we fell asleep. We still had two days left and I couldn't be more happy, that is, until today had happened.

Ricky and I were sitting on our hotel bed, flipping through early morning shows on the TV and finishing off breakfast. "Hey" Ricky said, catching my attention. I looked up and smiled waiting for him to continue. "How about we walk around downtown Santa Barbara today?" I beamed at him. "YES! There's a frozen yogurt place that we MUST try out before we leave." He laughs picking up my hand and kissing my wrist. "Perfect, let me just grab some jeans and put a shirt on" he says standing up from the bed. I stand up with him, drawing my hand down his bare chest and stomach. "Huh, I love you without a shirt on though." He smirks pulling me closer to him. "I think this spring break has made you more confident." That has me blushing and turning away from him. He chuckles and steps forward, wrapping his arms around me and swaying our bodies. "Alright two seconds." He says, kissing my temple and walking to get his clothes.

The morning passes and Ricky and I have walked up and down State Street twice. We take some pictures for our social medias and we stop and dance on the street to the performing musicians. We even cross the street to walk on the beach, where Ricky and I started chasing each other with ocean water. The morning had been something out of a movie. But then we went for frozen yogurt. We reached the yogurt shop and the line had been long, prompting in a very crowded store. "Hey give me your order, and you can wait outside Nins." I smile at him, resting my head on his shoulder as we stand in line. "Nah, I'm okay right here." I tell him. He kisses my forehead but doesn't protest, and it's only until after we place our orders that I decide to wait outside the busy establishment, certain that one more person at the toppings bar would cause someone to have an anxiety attack. As I'm leaning against the wall of the shop, scrolling through instagram, I hear a familiar voice. "Hey, it's you... beach girl!" I turn immediately recognizing Elliot from the beach club we had gone to only two days prior. "Hey! What's up?" I say. "Not much, just a stroll through the downtown on this gorgeous day." He laughs. I smile, but I'm not quite as friendly as I was, remembering the way he looked at me with Ricky by my side. "Dumped the curly-haired one did ya?" Elliot questions. "What?" I say, a tiny bit confused. "The guy that you were with on Monday. You realized there's a hotter bunch here in Santa Barbara?" He says cockily. I'm literally shocked and offended in every way and I glare at him. "What? No! He's inside. What is wrong with you?" I ask him. He steps towards me, as I take a step back but I am already into a wall and there is no where I can go. He keeps getting closer and I start to panic. Literally no one is outside right now, and Ricky is still inside. "You know, I've got something to offer." Elliot says, "No." Is all I can say. How can this nice, charming boy that I met only two days ago be acting like this? "Huh. Really?" He says, his hands come up, resting on my shoulders and trailing down my arms. "Stop" I say firmly. He doesn't listen though and his fingers move to my neck. He's presses against me, sorta like Ricky does and I am disgusted and I want to scream. I can't control anything and I'm so far beyond panicking that I don't know what to do. Then all of a sudden, I hear "Get the fuck off her." Elliot steps away immediately and I'm so relieved I could cry when I see Ricky. The yogurts have been dropped to the ground, and I run over, throwing myself into his arms. His grip is tight on me but I run my hands through his curls as a coping mechanism. "If you come near her one more time I'll beat your ass. DON'T fucking touch her again." Elliot nods and backs away, holding up his arms in defense. Ricky leads me away, one wrapped around my back and one wrapped around my front. "Let's go back to the hotel." he whispers into my ear. "You're okay, I have you" he says, probably sensing my slight shake going through my body. I nod but he stops us. "Wait stop" he says into my hair. He pulls me into a hug and I don't think I've ever gripped so hard onto him in my life. I pull away slightly and I rest my hands on his jaw, placing my head against his chest breathing against him. I lift my head and he looks down at me. I reach and meet his lips timidly and he kisses me back slowly. "Hotel please." I whisper. He nods, grabbing me and leading me back
