yo, paris got work today and it's her birthday. but ima make this the best day she ever had. I rolled over and laid ontop of her. "Get off" she mumbled. "happy birthday baby" I said kissin all over her face. "thanks" she said pushin me off. I looked at her and squinted my eyes. "Yo you the only person who hype cause it's they birthday. Wassup?" I asked and she sat up and shrugged. "you wouldn't be hype either if this was the day ya mom died. don't be mad, I always get like this on my birthday. 7 birthdays straight I've been like this" she said and I sighed. "you never told me" I said and she sighed. "Now you know. But thanks anyways" she said kissin my lips. I nodded and looked down. Ima still do something for her to keep her mind off that. It's only right. "You got work today right?" I asked and she nodded. "yep" she said and I nodded. "Alright" I said and she walked into the bathroom and shut the door. Soon after I heard the shower runnin. I picked up my phone and called Cali. "Hello" her raspy voice said into the phone. "Yo you sleep?" I yelled into the phone on purpose. "Why are you yelling. And I'm up now. What" she asked and I smirked. "You still at Tj's?" I asked. "No. I'm at home" she said. "I need yo help wit something today. It's Paris birthday and she ain't really in the mood cause this the day her moms died" I said and she gasped. "Awe really?" She asked. "Yeah LiLi. And ima need you to roll wit me today cause I gotta get her some stuff and she got work. So I wanna surprise her at work" I said and I felt her smiling. "Okay okay" she yelled. "Stop fuckin yellin Cali" I heard uncle Christian say and I laughed. "Yo I needa move up outta here. I been gettin home schooled so I'm glad I'm graduatin early" she said. "When you graduate?" I asked. "I graduate next month and I can't wait." She said. "I ain't feelin bein home schooled. I think I'm finna go back to school foreal" I said. "Good. It's better. But just hit me up when your ready" she said. "Alright" I said then I hung up. Paris came out the bathroom and she was dressed in her scrubs . "Awl you aint wanna get dressed in front of me?" I asked and she smiled and walked over to the dresser. She brushed her hair into a ponytail and sprayed on some perfume. "Can you tell me the time?" She asked. "6:45" I said. "Really?" She asked and I nodded. She walked over to the bed and sat next to me. "I have to go in at 7:45" she said and I nodded. I laid down and she laid next to me and laid her head on my chest while I rubbed her back. She sighed and I looked down at her. "Wassup" I asked. "Just thinking back to last year my birthday was full of getting yelled at or getting beat on by my dad but now it all changed. That's one thing I'm happy about, and I get to spend it with you most of all and that's what makes me the happiest. But, it's never been the same without my mom" she said and I nodded. "I swear ima make this the best birthday you ever had. Even if it take blood sweat and tears to do it cause as I can see it's gone be hard for me" I said and she smirked and rubbed my chest. "Yeah" she said and I just stared at her as she rubbed my chest. I just be thinkin like how a beautiful girl like her have to get put through so much Shit in her life, everybody know she ain't deserve it. I kissed the top of her head and she smiled. She got ontop of me and wrapped her arms around me and I wrapped mine around her tighter. She kissed my chest then laid her head on it. "I love you" she mumbled. "Love you too" I said and I looked at her until she drifted off to sleep. I rubbed her back and then 5 minutes later I slowly slid her off of me and laid her down. I got up and kissed her cheek then I walked into the bathroom and turned the shower on. I got in then 15 minutes later I got out. I grabbed a pair of boxers and slid them on then I walked into my closet. I grabbed my dark printed trues and my red Polo shirt. I slipped on my pants then I ironed my shirt . I slid on a beater then I put my shirt on. I grabbed a pair of my socks and slipped em on. I grabbed my black forces and slid em on then I walked over to the mirror. I rubbed my gel on my hands then I rubbed it through my hair. I grabbed my grill for my bottom row and slipped it on and I put my earring in. I sprayed on some Cologne then I checked the time and it said 7:30. I walked over to Paris and kissed her cheek. "Baby get up" I said and she sat up and sighed. She got up and walked over to the mirror and re-did her ponytail. She walked into the bathroom and brushed her teeth again then she came back out and slid on her shoes. I sat on the edge of the bed and counted my money. "Gotta go" she said and I puckered up my lips and she kissed em. She walked out the room then turned back around. "Forgot my phone" she said. "Love you P" I said. "Love you" she said while goin downstairs. I put the money I had back in the bag where the rest was at and put it back where it was. I guess y'all can say I'm smart. I got a place in my room where I put my money at. It look like its a piece of the carpet but it ain't. Smart huh? . I rubbed some of the stuff on my grill so it could shine. I grabbed my vest and headed downstairs. I put a gun on my hip and headed out the door. I unlocked my car doors and got in. I started up the car and drove to my uncle Christian house. 15 minutes later I made it there and I called cali and told her I was outside. She came out and got in the car. "Wassup" I said to her. "Sup." She said. "Alright help me out. What do y'all females like yo?" I asked. "No flowers. Ew hate flowers. We are gonna get her lots of stuff from pink, yeah pink most definitely. Annnnd we are gonna get her one of those huge Teddy bears That says happy birthday but hers has to be special because you want her to feel special right? And money, give her money. And a iPhone 6" she said and I sat there starin at her wit wide eyes. "That's all the Shit y'all like? And she got a 6 cali" I said and she nodded. "Yup and Oh I didn't know." she said and I nodded. "I feel bad for Tj" I said and she laughed. We got to the mall and I got her stuff, hella stuff. Then I called my aunt amina "Hello" she said into the phone. " I need help" I said and she laughed. "With?" She asked. "I need one of those huge Teddy bears for Paris. It's her birthday " I said. "I have like 2 of those. Come get one" she said and I smiled. "Good look. On my way" I said hangin up. I ignored Cali cause she kept talkin bout her and Tj when clearly I don't care. We made it to my aunt amina's and I got the Teddy bear, I had to hurry up and leave cause she talk too much. I got a basket and put everything in there. I put 2 racks in the basket wit her other stuff and the bear sat in the back i ont see how females like shit like that yo. That big ass thing scare the fuck outta me. I pulled up to her work place and Cali smiled. "Let's go" she said and I grabbed the basket and the bear out the back seat. we walked towards the doors and walked inside the hospital. Cali walked over and stood on the table. "Get the fuck down" I whisper yelled. "Attention, attention. Can we have Paris wash to the waiting room please" she yelled and I sighed. Everybody was starin at this big dumb ass bear I had. The lady at the desk laughed and called Paris name on the intercom. I sighed and waited for her to come. 5 minutes later she came and stopped when she seen me. She smirked and I smiled and opened my arms, she walked over to me and hugged me. "I know this probably ain't gone make you feel better but this ain't the end. I got more for you. Happy birthday ma" I said kissin her cheek. I heard a lot of awe's which made me smirk. "Thank you " she said kissin my lips. I nodded and she looked at cali. "Why she on the table?" She asked. "Cali get down." I said and she smiled and got down. "Here I got you some stuff" I said and she grabbed the basket and looked through it. "Really?" She asked holdin up the money. "You can keep this" she said. "If you won't take it I will" a nurse said makin everybody laugh. "Nah you keep it. Do what you want wit it. You know I ont mind. Go enjoy ya self" I said and she smirked. She looked at the other stuff and the smile on her face made me happy as hell cause I ain't think she a like it. "And" I said grabbing the Teddy bear. She laughed and I did too. "This is for you" I said still laughin. "Thank you babe" she said grabbin the bear and huggin it. "You know I got you. But ima get outta here. let you get back to work." I said and she smiled and nodded. "Ooh girl keep him" somebody said and i laughed. "She will" i said and I kissed her cheek and me and Cali walked out the hospital and headed to my car. "Thank you LiLi" I said. "Mhm" she said holdin out her hand. I sighed and dug in my pocket and pulled out some money and gave it to her. She smiled. "Hit me up on Valentine's day too" she said and I laughed and drove off.
