After I dropped Jawan off at home I just drove around, trynna clear my head. I want her. Only her.nobody else. man we then been through so much shit together. I remember we promised to never turn our backs on eachother , promised to stand by eachother for better or for worse. My phone start ringin, I ain't really wanna talk to nobody but it might be important. "Yo" I said. "Where you at man?" Jawan said into the phone. "Drivin around." I said dryly. "Get to the hospital. Ciara been in a bad ass accident" he said . I hung up and headed towards the hospital. If it ain't one thing it's another yo I swear. 5 minutes later I made it to the hospital. I walked in the waiting room and everybody was there. "Wassup" I asked sittin next to Jawan. "Man I don't know. Kiara got a call sayin Ciara got in a bad accident on her way from work. Word is her car flipped like 3-4 times, she in critic condition. Too much shit goin on today man" he said and I zoned out. "She a be ight bro. But when she get better I want y'all to talk. Y'all both too grown to be runnin away from y'all problems and that's real shit." He said and I nodded. Al and Ciara mom couldn't make it cause they back on Puerto Rico but they should be flyin out this week. "Family of Ciara combs" the doctor. We all stood up and I walked over to him. "Who are you to her?" He asked. I sighed and rubbed my hand over my face. "Husband" I said and he nodded. "Well as you know she had a bad accident. She's in alot of pain, her wrist is broken and she's bruised pretty bad. Most people wouldn't survive from the type of accident she has had though , or they would have multiple injuries but she doesn't which is a good thing. Good thing we got her here in time or she would've died" he said and I nodded. I sighed. "What about the kid" I asked. "Oh the baby is fine. Thank God. And healthy.." She said and I smirked and nodded. "Can I um. See her?" I asked. "Sure follow me" she said. "I'll be Back" I said to everybody. They nodded. "Remember what I said" Jawan said and I nodded. I followed her to the room Ciara was in. "You can go in whenever you want" she said smiling at me, I nodded and she walked away. I stood outside the door and sighed. I rubbed my hand over my face. "Uncle Christian?" I heard somebody say. I turned around and it was Mariah. "Wassup" I said huggin her. "Hey. What you doin here?" She asked. "Ciara. Bad accident" I said and she stared at me. "Is she okay? I ain't even know cause usually when a family member of mine is in the hospital I work at they let me know" she said. "She good. How y'all doin" I asked touching her stomach. "We good. Better." She said smiling , I smirked and nodded. "Well. I gotta get back to work so After I'll come check on her. Love you" she said huggin me. "Love you too riah" I said and she walked away. I opened the door and walked in. I sighed and sat in the chair next to the bed. It ont even feel right bein in the same room as her. I just stared at her and thought about her, us, our family. Jawan was right, we is too old to be runnin away from our problems but I ont know man. I love Ciara, more then I love myself. I a give her anything all she gotta do is ask for it but obviously I wasn't doin somethin right if she cheated. I grabbed her hand and held it. I scooted the chair closer to the bed and laid my head on her lap. "Christian" I heard her say. I sat up and looked at her. I was about to let her hand go but decided not to. "How you feel" I asked and she shrugged. "Like shit" she said in a raspy voice. I nodded and rubbed her hand with my thumb. "Im sorry" she said and I nodded. I looked up at her and nodded. I felt my eyes water up. "Why?" I asked lookin back down. "Why cheat? You coulda talked to me baby I swear I woulda understood." I said. "He was always there. When you were out working he was always there to Help. He took me out on a date one day and then it just went on from there" she said and I let her hand go. "Don't do that" she said in a cracked voice. I shook my head and looked away. "Please" she said and I looked at her. "I love you. More then I love me man I swear Ciara Whatever you wanted I woulda gave it to you with no hesitation. You blessed me wit a beautiful daughter, londynn. If it wasn't for you man I ont even think Cali would be around. You hurt me. I know I hurt you but you really hurt me. When you was comin home at 4 in the morning I never let my mind wonder to the fact that you was cheatin cause I thought that if I woulda thought that I a be crazy or some shit but turns out I was right. We grown as hell. I got 2 kids,Hopefully another. I do what I do for them. Ciara it ain't about you baby it's about us. I want you. More then anything right now. But I can't...... like. I ont even know man" I said lookin down. "I understand" she said and I shook my head. "No you don't. But its ok" I said lookin at her. She had tears rollin down her cheek. I wiped em away and she looked at me. "I feel so stupid" she cried. "No matter how many times I apologize it'll never work" she said. "Look where im at." I said. "Im here witchu. He ain't here, I am. Love don't change. I am not goin nowhere. It's gone take some time for us to get back right but i ain't goin nowhere and you ain't either." I said and she nodded. I sighed and shook my head. I stood up and looked at her. "Always and forever" I said. "Forever in a day" she said smirkin. I nodded and locked my pinky with hers. "I love you" she said. I stared at her and sighed. "Love you" I said. "Scoot" I said and she scooted over a little. I sat next to her and laid back. "About the baby" she said. "What if it's his?" She asked and I shrugged. "If it's his then it's his. You my wife though, so ima be around. But if it's mine then ima take care of it." I said and she nodded. "I got a question " I said. "Can they do a blood test?" I asked and she nodded. "Prenatal." She said. "I can get it" she said. "I wanna know if it's mine or not" I said then the doctor walked in. "How do you feel Mrs.combs" she asked. "Good now" she said and the doctor nodded. "Hey I have a question" Ciara said "do you think I could get a um, prenatal blood test on my baby" she asked. "Of course. We can do it now" she said. "Okay good." Ciara said sittin up. I got up and sat in the chair. "How does this work?" She asked. " A fine needle is passed through your abdomen and uterus into the umbilical cord and blood is withdrawn for testing." She said and Ciara nodded. "When are the results gonna come in?" Ciara asked. "Within 3 days. If you could go into the waiting room and wait until the process is done that'll be fine" she said to me. I nodded and got up. "I a be back" I said to Ciara, she nodded and I walked out. I walked to the waiting room and everybody stood up. "Wassup" James asked. "She good everybody" I said and they all sighed in relief. "And the baby" Cali asked. "It's doin good" I said and she smiled. "Wassup when you get here" I said to tre. "Not too long ago" he said and I nodded. The hospital doors opened and I smiled. "Wassup man." I said huggin Quincy. "Wassup bro how you feel?" He asked. "Can't complain" I said and he nodded. "Uncle Quincy" Cali yelled runnin to him. "Wassup" he said huggin her . londynn walked over to him and he picked her up and kissed her cheek. "Hey uncle Quincy" she said smiling. "Whatsup kid" he said smiling she laid her head on his shoulder and looked at me. "How she doing?" He asked. "She good and the baby good too" I said and his eyes widened. "Swear. She pregnant again?" He asked and I nodded. "It's yours right?" He asked and I shrugged. "Damn" he said. "You been to mom and pops?" He asked Justin. "Yup . You?" He asked. "Nah man." Quincy said. "Mr.combs you may come back now" the nurse said and I nodded. I walked to Ciara room and sat down. I laughed at how drowsy she look. "Who's here?" She asked. "Everybody. Quincy even here" I said and she smiled. I stayed wit her for another 45 minutes then I left.
