Before Thanos and the Tragedy

The accords came to fruition creating a struggle between the Avengers. Tony just wanted to keep the team together, if they all signed it, it would ease his conscience. But of course dear Steve Rogers refused to sign. Couple of fights later and General Ross tells Tony he's got 3 days to bring Cap in. Meanwhile Mary was having problems of her own.

"Dad why can't you just take the day off and help me with this project. Normally I'd ask Bruce but... well he's been gone. Please." She had a big project for work shop and had no idea what to do.

"Marijuana," Mary Jane scoffed at the stupid nick name her father has for her. "I gotta figure out this Cap situation right now. I need more of a, well team you know to help me take him in. But as soon as this mess is over I'll help okay?" He said over the phone frantically trying to contact Rhodey.

"Wait... you need more like super people to help?" Mary said. She was sitting in her bed, next to it was a table. On that table she looked over to see a picture of her and Peter..

"Yeah. Wait, what do you mean. It's not like you know any super person I don't , right?" Tony said puzzled.

"Have you seen that Spiderguy on YouTube."

"You took him to Germany!!" Mary Jane said looking over at Peter holding an ice pack to his head. "He doesn't even have a proper suit I thought you'd just kinda have him be, I don't know back up??" Mary was on the phone with her father. He took a liking to Peter right away, finally glad to officially meet his daughters best friend.

"The kid did great honestly. He's got grit and a lot of potential. And no I of course upgraded his suit. It's no longer a red hoodie and those weird goggles. I'm surprised he hasn't shown you already, he was really excited to show you everything." Tony said.

"Really Mj I'm fine. Mr Stark was awesome especially for giving me this suit. I mean I kicked Captain America in the face, how cool is that." Peter said trying to defend Tony for allowing him to go. Mary just ignored him and continued to talk to Tony

"Dad he's literally a day younger than me. Would you have let me fight if I had a suit? I mean he's got this huge bruise on his head!" She looked over and Peter, under the ice pack was smiling sheepishly.

"No because you don't have special abilities. Mary Jane I really liked the kid. I'm glad your friends with him. And honestly I'm gonna keep a close eye on him, I think he'll make a great asset to the team one day. Listen marijuana I gotta go to the raft. There was a massive break in that I ignored but Ross is really pissed at me now. We can work on your project soon okay?" Tony told her, sounding rushed.

"Okay dad. I love you." But the call ended before she could finish. She blew out a breath and looked at her phone. If only Tony would dedicate more time to her.

"He let me keep the suit. It is really awesome, if you want to see it? I don't look like I'm wearing pajamas anymore." He said hoping to make her feel better.

"Okay. Sure let's see it." She said finally looking up from her phone.

"Sweet okay." Peter said throwing off his shirt giving Mary Jane a glimpse of his literal abs. She quickly turned around to give him privacy, her face blushing furiously. "Oh sorry should have warned you, my bad." Peter said throwing on his suit.

"It's fine."

"Okay you can look now." Peter did look better. It looked like an actual 'super hero' suit.

"Wow it looks really good Pete. Are your webs built in?" She said grabbing and poking at the new suit.

"Yeah! I just gotta supply the web fluid, not even Mr Stark could figure out how I make it." He said impressed with himself.
