The Tragedy of Mary Jane Stark

Reunion

"Hey guys I'm back! Sorry we had a little service trouble in the tunnel. And by tunnel I mean Michelle tried to break my phone, but we are now on Tower bridge in London on the way to the airport. We are stuck in traffic right now. But hey maybe if I'm quiet enough I can get Miss Stark in my live stream." Flash said to his camera. The whole class was now on the bus heading towards the air port.

"Not a chance." Mary's monotone voice can be heard from a seat behind Flash.

Happy was watching the live stream as Peter was finishing his suit.

"They are still on the bridge." Happy called out to Peter.

"Okay; go over the plan again. I go inside of Becks big monster and break all the drones. You find my friends and get them as far away as you can." Peter said finishing up his suit, Happy came over to look.

"Replaced the blue with black?"

"Yeah well, Mj likes black on me so... speaking of that actually. Uh could you- give this necklace to her. Just in case something goes wrong." Peter said awkwardly handing Happy the pendant.

"Sure kid. But nothings going to happen. You'll be fine. Here I'll send Fury the cryptic message now." Happy said taking the necklace and calling Fury.

Meanwhile on the bus.

"I-I don't think Peter stopped Beck in time." Mary whispered.

"What do you mean?" Ned said holding hands with Betty who was obviously to what Mary was saying.

"Look at the water, same as before in Italy." Michelle pointed out. 

"Well we just gotta remember it's not real. It's just illusions." Ned said.

"And dangerous weaponized drones used to simulate the destruction." Mary said dryly not looking up from the water. The winds started to become faster and the clouds grew darker, its wasn't right.

"Whelp the bus driver left u- OH MY GOD." Mr Harrington screeched. A giant monster came up out from the water beneath the bridge. Everyone ran out of the bus towards the main land. Mj, Ned, Michelle, and Betty all ran together. Flash following them. That's when a jet landed infront of them and Happy came out.

"I got to get you guys out of here! Get on the jet!" Happy said. Happy slightly nodded towards Mary. She knew to be quiet. To pretend she didn't know him.

"And who are you?" Michelle questioned

"I work with Spider-Man, okay? You got to get on that jet."

"You work for Spider-Man?!" Flash asked excitedly.

"I work with Spider-Man, not for Spider-Man!" Happy replied back. But in the mists of the chaos the jet exploded. "Okay new plan head for the tower." Happy made the group run towards a tower, drones following after them.

All of them hid behind pillars inside the tower. But Mary got an idea, she grabbed a spiky spear and Ned throw a rock. Making the drone looks the other direction giving Mary the opportunity to smash it. Before they could all cheer, more drones swarmed in. Happy shoved all of them into a locked vault. Painstakingly waiting for the drone to just knock down the door.

"Are we going to die?" Ned cried out to Happy looking distressed.

"Nobody dies on my watch." Happy replied.

"I wasted my life playing video games, and we're going to die!" Ned confessed.

"I have a fake ID, and I've never even used it." Betty confessed

" I post stupid videos daily and try and exploit Mj for people to like me!" Flash called out.

"Hey! If it wasn't for those stupid videos, Spider-Man would have never found you." Happy replied.
