The Tragedy of Mary Jane Stark

After Tony Stark's Malibu mansion was blow to hell, because of course Tony had to invite the Mandarin to his house by giving his address out on live television, he took his beloved Pepper and his 13 year old daughter Mary Jane and moved them to New York.

Mary Jane was not Pepper's child; she was the product of a one night stand Tony had had in the early 2000 and who honestly didn't know she existed until she was 6. Some big men in black suits, as Mary Jane remembers it, found her alone in her mothers house. They found her mother's body in the basement, overdosed on whatever chemicals she could get her hands on.

Fortunately for Mary Jane the 'big men in black suits' were able to bring her to Tony. He, being scared of fatherhood but didn't want to abandon this child, hired a full time nanny to take care of his daughter.

With Pepper merely being Tony's assistant at the time and Tony being the party animal he was, thought it would be best for Mary to be raised by a professional. Not that Tony wouldn't be in her life, he was there every chance he got, 

Thankfully she didn't see him often for the next 7 years or else Mary probably would have died or been taken by the Aldrich. But after that whole fiasco, he wanted to be better. So moving Mary Jane and Pepper to New York he wanted to be super dad. He put Mary in a good school Midtown Tech middle school, and did everything he could to be apart of her life.

However he didn't want people at school to
know Mary Jane was related to him, out of concern for her well being. He made her keep her mothers name, Watson, just for school documents.

Going to this new school in this new state was terrifying for little Mary. But she was happy, her Dad wanted to be apart of her life. And she was grateful for it. Being scared and alone on the first day, a boy took notice to this new girl. He felt bad that no one would talk to her, including his friend Ned. The boy, curious to get to know this girl and being slightly more extroverted then he normally would act, sat with Mary at lunch.

"My name is Peter Parker! I noticed you were new here, oh this is my friend Ned. Don't mind him he doesn't know how to talk to pretty girls very well. Where did you move her from?" Peter had a genuine smile on his face. He wanted her to be his friend

Days turned to weeks of Peter, Ned, and Mary Jane sitting together at lunch. She just adored her new friends and told her dad all about them. However he seemed to be occupied with other things but he still tried.

"So your going to the park with Ned and Patrick?" Tony said helping her into the car. He was having Happy driver her to her little play date. Tony was trying to find the location of Loki's scepter after shield fell. Every single hydra base the Avengers searched turned out empty so far.

"Dad it's Ned and Peter. But yeah. I'm excited! I really like my new friends" she said hugging him goodbye.

"Well hey good. I know this was a lot to put on you but your handling it like a champ. I'm proud of you squirt go have fun." He said rubbing Mary's head while pushing her into the car. She giggled and waved goodbye.

After Ultron, Tony was terrified to keep having Mary Jane live with him in avengers tower. He couldn't risk it anymore. He had bought a nice apartment in a nice area of the city but also near her school for Mary. She would basically be living their on her own but would always be allowed to visit the tower, just never sleep there and only when Tony was in the building. On the plus side she could start inviting her friends over to hang out at her apartment. No need for her to always go to Peters when she had a large apartment to themselves.

"Woah this is where you and your grandma live?" Peter was amazed at just the outside of the apartment building. It was so pristine.

"Uh yeah! I- my grandma never comes out of her room though. It's best not to bother her"
