V: r-ruby? what do you mean-

R: sorry ruby can't come to the phone right now love bug~

                They rip right out of the jacket and turn around. Their eyes are glowing so bright-

                 The door bursts open and flames shoot out of the room. A officer run in

O: HEY WHATS GOING ON-

R: oh nothing officer~

                    She summons a knife into her hands and launches at him slicing his neck right open-

V: *gasp*

R: oh whats wrong violet? i thought you liked poor lil ruby *groan* p-please violet i-i'll h-hold her b-back just get o-out *groan* you didn't hear that!

                    They start...fighting with them selves...i listen to her and run out as more officers run in. I drive back to the boutique crying...what was that? why...what? 

Phoenix POV

                     I've been on pupspace since yesterday...there's only one person in the whole town so i found a match easy enough...but i don't know

*in texts*

?: so...do you wanna meet up maybe?

P: idk i'm not really comft with it yet 

?: we could meet at your place maybe yanno to be more priv

P: ...i'll think about it

                   I hear a knock at my door and open it to see Sam making me smile

S: hi ni-...ppfft what are you wearing?

P: what to you mean?

S: i...okay its a joke right? the ears?

                     CRUD I'M STILL WEARING MY PUP MASK! My anxiety suddenly shoots thru the roof. I start crying right away and try to close the door. Sam stops it with their foot

S: hey hey nix i d-don't mean like you look bad or any...thing...wait i remember that mask...wait your the-

P: Y-YES I'M INTO P-PUP PLAY OKAY! I k-know its w-weird

                   I sit on the sofa and bring my knees to my chest

           I wasn't...i don't know what...i knell down in front of her on the floor and move her hands from her head so she looks at me from the sofa

S: hey...nix your my best fucking friend...i don't fucking care if your a pup! i wouldn't care WHAT you were as long as your you...okay? i'll get used to it...i won't tell anyone...i love you for you

P: i...i...oh sammy

                 She lowers her legs and i sit next to her pulling her into a hug. She takes off her puppy mask

P: i-i'm sorry-

S: hey shhh no i'm sorry i reacted like a dumb ass okay? i'm glad that yanno...your being you

S: so...uh...how um how long?

P: *sniff* about a year ago

S:...is this that thing you wanted to tell me about?

P: y-yeah

S: can i see it?

P: uh...s-sure

                  She hands me her pup mask...it kinda fits her color wise...she looks at me

S: i think it's kinda cool nix...you looked happy in the parade even if i didn't know it was you...you were happy...and heyyyy ya found a friend

P: o-oh i don't even know their name

S: well maybe you'll meet em!...maybe yanno they could be...the one

P: just cus they're a trainer don't mean they'd wanna be in a relationship

S: a what?

P: *sigh* a trainer mainly known more as a "handler" is basically the person in the role play to be the dogs owner...it's not always sexual...for me its more of a mind set...helps me get my mind of things since dogs don't have to think about it much...it just...it's just a safer mindset to just be a dog...all we do-...they do is wanna make people happy...its easier then...then trying to hide my real self to find someone

                    Huh...i won't understand it...it'll take a while but...it doesn't change her
