Mad: u-um i
A: hey again dont worry i never miss
WHAT THE HELL DOES SHE MEAN? BITCH IM THROWING THE KNIVES NOT HER. I put the blindfold on her and spin her around. I make her face me and shes just smiling.
A: come on prove i cant see hold up some fingers
M: *holds up three fingers*
She lifts her hands feeling around for my hand then grabs it.
A: hm...three ahaha im big brain
crowd: *laughs cus ima comic*
She walks backwards till she back up to a colorful wall. Her partner hands me the knives...shes insane EVERYONE here is insane HOW is this fun? she could DIE. Allie moves the blindfold up and winks at me.
A: hmmmm this is kinda boring
WHAT-
A: what yall say we turn up the heat
crowd: HELL YEAHH
She then turns around and snaps her fingers. The knives catch FIRE EYE-
A: welp go ahead aha
I pick one up, close my eyes and throw one forward. I hear a thud and open my eyes to see she's standing on her hands and caught it between her boots...how-
A: pfft kids play come on
She kicks her feet back and the knife goes into the wall. I grab two more and throw em forward. She does a flip catching em with her bare hands and then blowing em out.
A: ayo partner help her out
They grab three and i grab 2 we throw em all at once and i shut my eyes tight. I hear multiple thuds followed by claps and open my eyes. I see Allie bowing holding four knives...four? She turns to me and points to the on IN THERE MOUTH I-
crowd: pull it out pull it out
...
I pull it out and once its fully out she coughs a lil which worries the CRAP outta me
A: *cough*...and IM OKAY AHAHAAAA
crowd: WOOOOO
A: welp thank you miss ya did great *wink*
I go back to my seat and they finish up the show. She bows and the curttins close. Everyone leaves and the curtains open again. I walk up
Mad: hey Allie you in her-
I turn to a hallway and see her with her shirt and mask off with a black towel around her neck.
A: hm? oh Hey Maddie-
Mad: m-mads is f-fine
ABS. SHE HAS ABS.
A: ight mads ya liked the show?
M: it was um was...*looks up at face* it was great, scary but great
A: yeah the kids seem to love seeing the almost impossible its a damn work out though aha
Mad: yeah but like damn how do you do that stuff
A: i dont know i just do aha
Mad: i still dont get why you wear the mask
A: cause thats all they know...Mads im a character kinda yanno w-which is dope its like ima super hero
M: but like they dont see the real you
A: well yeah but like thats fine i dont really care...anyways um so i guess wanna tour around or something?
Mad: *sarcastic sigh* my work days are from mon to fri sorry
A: *chuckle* aw damn aha
she actually got the joke...people normally are just confused. She shows me around back stage even reliving some of her magic act secrets. We leave for her break and she gets me a ticket for the ferries wheel. We get on and just talk
Mad: so you like this job?
A: like? nah nah i love it just the feeling of...its what i can do. people look at me up there and they enjoy the fact im there yanno...making those kids smile. *chuckle* when i'm signing pics and stuff sometimes some kid'll be like "i wanna be like you when i grow up"...i tell em keep on dreaming and it'll come true but...
The wheel stops with us at the top
A: they might get as good as me as what i do but they'll never have to deal with being like me...alone most nights...i *sigh* we...the unstables scare people...behind a mask i can be me even if im but like yanno... ye
I grab her hand and she looks at me.
Mad: yeah...but it shouldnt have to be like that...it'll get better i promise
