Shatter POV

                 I thankfully got the cell across from Gemma...but its a blessing and a curse really. Sure i can talk to her which is great and shes close...but still across the hall and we cant hug or anything. I get off the prison bed and right away walk up to the bars. Gemma was as i thought still asleep. I woke up around 7am and was just yanno doing nothing while Gemma? well iv started to realize thats just...Gemma. I wouldnt call her lazy but if she can cut a corner or not do something she will and she just loves naps which explains why shes a night owl...its almost 12 thought she missed breakfast cus she wouldnt get up...im kinda worried

S: h-hey gemma? y-youu okay?

G: *groans* 

           Is she waking up?

S: come on Gem its almost 12

                She stirs a lil then falls off her bed with a thud...ouch

G: *sigh* im up im up *yawn* oh morning kitty

S: hey gemma

G: is it time for food yet?

S: its almost lunch time

G: aw mannn i slept thru breakfast?

S: they tried to wake you

G: oh...right aha...hey...you alright kitty?

                    truth is i just wanna hug or at least a hand hold...

S: y-yeah im fine

G: hey i know you enough by now Shatter...*looks left and right* ima do something promise not to freak?

S: uhhh s-sure?

                  She closes while sitting on her metal bench then opens one looking at me. A weird...ring appears next to her. She puts her hand thru it and i feel someone grab my wrist.

S: A-AHHH-

G: shh shhh shh kitty its okay its me its me

                  I look down to my right and see her hand coming out of a ring...portal? im not complaining...i hold it

S: *whispers* so thats your power...so you could just get outta here

G: yeah well iv never really been one to do that...sounds like to much work ta be honest

                   I sit down and lean towards it...she moves my hair from my face and lays her hand on my cheek

G: when we get out ima give ya the biggest kiss kitty

S: 2 more days...*sigh* gemma?

G: hm?

S: how unstable are you? like why are you in the high level section?

G: oh you have no idea *sigh* ya really wanna know?

S: yeah

G: i well...before bad karma district was even being made...i was...awful i was the bad seed in broken girls...one night a drunk dude came to me in a bar and grabbed my ass...i thought all i did was slap him in the face but i didnt know my strength and i launched him thru a wall...then a bar fight started and i well...i e-ended up hurting half of the people really fucking badly and...a-and i um...i ended up almost killing that one dude i d-didnt m-mean to...he got lunched far is all and got run over by a car...i d-didnt...*sniff* m-mean to

S: oh gemma

G: i k-know...i used my powers that night...i was a jackass...*gulp* thats kinda why i only work in the arcade anyway...Karen being from the same music video thought it'd be best if i just stayed with them most i could

S: but hey...you'd never do that right? it was a one time thing

G: *sigh* at least you believe that...even i dont trust myself-

S: well i trust you...completely

G: thanks kitty...i cant wait to actually be able to hold you

                       She moves her hand back and closes the portal as she asks for permission to use the shower.
