Mettaton: How can you sleep when there are festivities and fun ahead?
Hothead: Y'know, this is not what we meant when we said you're free to be a kid whenever you want.
Mettaton: I know. But at least Uni knows what I'm talking about. Look, she's already up!
Hothead: That's normal. She's always up at this time. That doesn't mean she's festive yet. Besides, she probably can't hear us with her earbuds in.
*Uni puts on a Santa hat.*
Uniqua: You said I'm not festive yet? I've been festive since October, bro.
Hothead: I thought you couldn't hear anything with those.
Uniqua: I still can. The volume wasn't that high.
Mettaton: So, can we start the episode now?
Uniqua: No, wait until Ma has had her coffee. The last time she was up this early on Gyftmas Day, we were stuck putting together a Lego set that had, like, a thousand pieces. She didn't even have one cup and we were at it for half the day.
Hothead: It was torture for them. I still have that set. It just kinda came apart and we're all too intimidated by the instructions to fix it.
Mettaton: Fine, we need to be live in a few hours-
Uniqua: Dude, for real?!
Hothead: Mom's gonna kill him, won't she?
Uniqua: Yeah... He's not gonna last long against her.
*A few hours later...*
Mettaton: Alright, we have three minutes! Let's go!
Lioness: I'm gonna shoot him.
Uniqua: Nah, just let me shred him up. They'll never find the body.
Hothead: I can burn it, sis.
Uniqua: Good idea.
Toriel: I hope everyone is dressed well today. The photos must look perfect.
Hothead: I am not wearing a button-down again!
Lioness: You have to.
Digger: If you want me to wear anything fancy, I'm not wearing a dress.
Uniqua: I got you, Diggs. Just wear a dress shirt.
Digger: I can live with that.
Uniqua: Hoth, you better keep Pixelle on a short leash today. I'm not playing around. I will mess her up.
Hoth: I will! I'll make sure she doesn't do anything to anger you. You won't have to worry today, Uni.
Uniqua: Good, you are saving a life here.
Mettaton: Places, everyone!
Uniqua: Aight, Hothead, let's get up to there because we're gonna have to do some crazy stunts.
Hothead: Sweet!
Uniqua: Grab a giant candy cane. You'll need it.
*Both Uni and Hothead take their giant candy cane props and go up to the platform above to wait.*
Mettaton: I told you not to zip line on the garland!
Uniqua: Hey, you know Hothead and I like to do stuff like this. You can't tell us to cage up the inner gremlins because they will find a way out.
