Childbirth sucks when your snowed in

Prompt: your 9 months pregnant and go into the labour at thenursery when you visit your mum at work you are 20 years old does mention SA;

this is a long one I just couldn't stop writing this

You walk into your mum's office at the nursery where she works, your back was killing you but you thought it was just the added weight of your 9 month pregnant belly; you smile when you see your mum who is sat talking to Marjorie, many people were shocked to find out Charlotte had a 20 year old daughter, your mum liked to keep you and work separate not because she was ashamed of you but because you had a rough past, your childhood was great you loved your mum but you was bullied and picked on because you had an IQ of 180 and was way ahead of everyone in your year, you graduated University at a young age and then 9 months you was SA by a man who was caught but you didn't trust many people because of it.

"hi mum, auntie Marjorie" you say to them when they notice you enter the office "Sweetie what are you doing here, how did you get here did you drive" you mum ask whilst getting you a chair so you can sit down; "no I got a taxi and I was bored at home, so I thought I would surprise you with some lunch" you explain to them whilst showing them both the bag you brought with you. The pain in your back was getting worse but you thought it was nothing, just your body getting ready for the birth, your due date was 20th December and it was the 15th now.

You watch as your mum and Marjorie get the food out, you notice your aunt watching you closely "you okay my love" she say to you "yeah aunt Marjorie I'm fine just really bad back pain" you explain then you notice that it was very quiet at the nursery, "why is it quiet" you ask and take a bite of the food that your mum has handed to you "all the kids have gone home early due to the snow storm, everyone else is using this as an chance to do a deep clean in the rooms" mum explains to you, on the drive over you had noticed the snow getting heavier and when you entered you noticed that it was white outside the snow coming down fast and hard.

The pain comes back but this time slightly stronger, you glance over at your mum and aunt to see if they are looking and when they aren't you look at your watch and see that 20-mintues has passed since the last pain came; you get a bad feeling but decide to keep quiet. "So, you are all camping here until the snow stops then" you say and both your mum and Marjorie nod their heads at you since they had a mouth full of food, at least if the pains are more than pains you had people with you.

You decide to go for a walk and to see everyone else, you followed the laughter to the staff room and see Sorscha, Winter and Autumn all talking, well Sorscha and Winter where talking Autumn was sat there and joining in now and again. "Hi everyone" you say to them when you enter the staff room, they all look at you "hi Y/N" they all say "how long have you been here" Autumn asks whilst looking at you, her eyes narrowing when she sees you wince in pain "for a while been in the office with mum and aunt Marjorie, Autie" you say to her. All the sudden you feel pain wrap around your stomach that makes you double over. Autumn and Sorscha run over to you and help you sit down "Y/N how often have the pains been happening for" Autumn says to you " I have been having contractions for about 2 hours but didn't think of it until now" you reply, grabbing her hand when another contraction comes "can you help me back to the office I want my mum" you ask them all.

Sorscha helps you up when you feel a pop like sensation, you look at all three grown-ups who are have become aunt and uncle to you and Autumn was another parent to you; "my water just broke" you whisper, Sorscha and Autumn help you to the bathroom and send Winter to get your mum and Marjorie; you grip the sink and double over in pain when another contraction hits you again and you feel more fluid leave you, you feel a hand rub at the base of your back, and then you smell your mums perfume "mama it hurts" you whimper out to her.
