Overdue

Prompt: your overdue and you get angry but once you calm down you enjoy a fun night until you go into labour

AN: I've finally got one with my second favourite ship in it

"NO SORSCHA" you screamed and stormed as fast as you could out the room "babe, come back" you heard her call you but you ignored her and slowly made your way upstairs and into your bedroom and lowered yourself on the bed and let out a heavy sigh, you and Sorscha normally don't fight but this time it was more you than her and you felt bad but you just felt yourself get angry at her and you knew it was down to being tired, 9 months pregnant and 3 days overdue so you were now irritable over anything, you lay down on the bed and let yourself calm down before going downstairs to face Sorscha. You turned your head when you heard the bedroom door opening and you see Sorscha coming into the bedroom slowly and you just turn the other way not ready to deal with her just yet "go away Sorscha" you mumble at her and you heard her sigh "just know I'm not angry at you okay, I'll be outside if you need me" you heard her say and you stay silent and heard the bedroom door close behind her.

Sorscha sat on the top step before grabbing her phone to ring the one person who will be able to get you to calm quickly, Sorscha wasn't even sure what you were more angry at her or the fact you were overdue by 3 days and she understood you were uncomfortable and all she said was that Marjorie had invited them to a movie night and you blew up, she quickly pressed the contact and rang the number "Sorscha is everything okay, is she in labour" she heard your mum ask her down the phone "hi Siobhan, no but she is currently pissed at me and I was wondering if you could come round to help" she asked her mother in-law and she knew if anyone found out that her mother in-law was Siobhan Serpent than no one at her work would believe her "I'm on the way, do you know what caused it or is it that she only knows and your clueless" she heard Siobhan ask her "I only said that Marjorie has invited us to a movie night if we wanted to go and then she blew up" she explains before hearing Siobhan laugh down the floor "I think I know what has caused this, I'll be 20 minutes" she heard Siobhan say and she quickly hung up and leant against the wall and waited for Siobhan to turn up. 25 minutes later she heard a knock on the door before hearing the front door and heard "Sorscha, I'm here" come from Siobhan downstairs "up here Siobhan" she called down and saw Siobhan quickly come up the stairs "is she in the room" she heard Siobhan ask her when she was next to her "yeah, just I know she is tired and uncomfortable but I think I know what caused it but she is just angry at me so I called you which will probably make her more angry at me" she explained and saw Siobhan sit next to her and bring her in for a side hug "let me sort out the angry pregnant lady and you just breath for a minute" she heard Siobhan say and saw Siobhan stand up before seeing her enter the bedroom.

You heard the bedroom door open again "go away Sorscha" you say without moving "wrong person bunny" you heard your mum's voice say and you turn your head "she called you" you ask her and see her move closer to you "yes because you are just snapping at her and she is confused" you heard your mum say and see her move to the other side of the bed before she sat next to you "do you want to explain to me why your angry" you heard her ask you and whilst slowly sitting up with her help you let out a sigh "I'm 3 days overdue and she wants me to go a be social with people, I'm just so uncomfortable and even the thought of going out makes me angry because I don't have the energy and I'm also scared that if we do go and I end up going into labour than its just embarrassing" you say and feel your eyes well up with tears "firstly Sorscha told me she said if you wanted to, she wasn't saying you had to go, secondly how about you invite everyone here so you don't have to go out and then if you do go into labour its easier for you to get everyone to go and you can be more comfortable in your own home and lastly I felt the same about going into labour in public and I ended up going into labour at work when I was pregnant with you and it wasn't embarrassing everyone understood its part of pregnancy so you don't have to feel embarrassed, but it would help if you spoke to Sorscha about how you were feeling" you heard your mum explain and you let out a sigh and knew she was right "I was a bitch to her wasn't I" you mumble and heard your mum laugh "you're a Serpent through and through we act before we think" you heard her say and you lean into her side "I just want her to come" you whisper and feel your mum rub your back "and she will do when it's her time, she is already being a Serpent and being stubborn and will come in the most dramatic way" you heard her say to you whilst moving off the bed.
