Prompt: you help your sister get the proper support at work 

TW: verbal abuse, discrimination, violence 

Driving into the nursery to pick up your little sister you have picked her up before but this time you had a bone to pick with someone sine your sister had told you the day before that she was going to be fired which didn't sit well with you since your sister was more like a daughter to you than a sister since you had raised her from a young age when you noticed that your parents were basically neglecting your little sister and since their was 10 years between you and your sister you had decided to take over your sisters care and even found out that she had autism after she got diagnosed at the age of 6 and you were 16, climbing out the car you were about to head into the building to go talk to your sisters boss but you saw that a group of people were coming out the building and noticed your sister was walking slowly behind the group but you immediately noticed she was close to a breakdown which made your protective side come out. Trying to calm down since you knew your mood would affect your sister more so you took a breath and walked over to the group and got your sisters attention "Jod" you call softly and saw her turn to look for you before seeing her get tears in her eyes "Y/N" you heard her call and you nodded before opening your arms for her, feeling Jodie rush into your arms you gently held her close "you okay" you whisper to her and felt her shake her head against your chest "can you tell me what's wrong" you asked her a few seconds later and felt her cling tighter to you "is this about yesterday" you guess and felt her nod so you pull her tighter to you and look over her head to see a group of women and two men watching you with your sister "Jodie, can you go to the car for a moment or do you want to stay with me whilst I talk with them" you ask and feel her tighten her grip on you before feeling her let go "I can totes wait in the car" you heard her say and you look at her "you don't have to do that bubbie not with me" you say to her whilst making her kind of look at you since you knew she didn't like eye contact "sorry Y/N, I can wait in the car" you heard her say and you nod before giving her a kiss on the head before unlocking your car from where you were stood "go on" you say with a smile and watch as she made her way to your car before seeing her climb in, once you were happy that Jodie was in the car you turned to face the group that was now your main focus and slowly walked towards them "who is the manager" you growl out at the group and saw one of the woman move closer to the front of the group "I'm Marjorie the manager and who are you" you heard a brunette woman say and you nod at her "why did you tell Jodie she was going to be fired" you spit out at the manager "woah firstly who are you and secondly Jodie only got a warning if she doesn't start to improve at her job" you heard the woman who called herself Marjorie say to you which made you growl at her.

Taking one step closer and clenching your fist that was at your side before glaring at Marjorie "firstly I'm Y/N and I'm Jodie's big sister and why does she need to improve" you say to the group and see them look at you shocked "wait Jodie has a sister" you heard another person say and you nodded your head "yes she does and right now I'm a pissed off big sister" you say to the group and see them take a step back from you "okay let's calm down, Jodie has to make improvements because she is distracted easily and is making little mistakes but also she can't remember little details" you heard Marjorie say and you just look at them with a confused look "if you ever see Jodie getting distracted or is forgetting things easily all you have to do is to give her a list and she will follow it easily" you say like they should know this information "and why would we do that, Jodie should be able to do her job like anyone else" you heard a red head say this time "if all your employees have autism than maybe you would" you say and was met with shocked and confused faces "what" you heard Marjorie say and you look at Marjorie with a confused look "you do know Jodie is autistic and that she needs a bit more support" you ask and see them all shake their head at you slowly. After realising that none of your sister's coworkers knew she was autistic and you let out sigh "none of you knew did you" you asked and heard "no, but now thinking about it all her quirks do make more sense now that we know she is autistic" come from Marjorie which makes you nod at her "yeah, Jodie got diagnosed at the age 6 and our parents basically ignored Jodie so I took over her care and have raised her since she was 7" you explain to the group and see them share looks "I know none of you know me apart from me being a bitch just now but why don't I help you with Jodie here, I've got to go because Jodie is on a schedule and if that changes it doesn't do her any good so tomorrow I will come in with Jodie and help you all" you suggest to them and see them nod at you slowly "that will be great thank you, I'm sure we will appreciate the help" you heard Marjorie say and you nodded at the group before turning to walk away "I'll see you all tomorrow and I hope your ready to see the proper Jodie" you say with a smile and wave to everyone before climbing into your car "Y/N are we going now" you heard Jodie ask and you smiled at her "yeah bubbie, but why did you never say to your managers that you had autism" you asked her softly and see her look down "I hate the comments I get everytime when people find out I'm different" you heard her say and you let out a sigh "I know bubbie but your work can help you properly but tomorrow I'm going to come in and help them know how to support you bubbie" you say to her before starting the car and leaving the car park.
