Prompt: a certain teddy from your past opens a door for a certain person 

TW: needles and bloods 

You were at your home clearing out the garage of stuff that you didn't need when you heard footsteps walking towards the garage which made you turn round too see your work colleagues walking towards you "hi guys" you say whilst moving a heavy box to the corner that was a rubbish pile "what are you doing" you heard Marjorie ask you from the driveway where she was stood with everyone else "sorting out some rubbish from the garage and going through some old stuff" you say whilst moving on to the next box that was nearest to you "what brings you all here" you ask whilst ruffling through the box and realised it was more rubbish before pushing the box to one side when you heard "we was wondering if you wanted to join us at the pub" you heard Reece explain why they were at your home and you shook your head at them "thank you for the invite but I need to get this done and I also don't drink" you say to them with a smile and saw them all share a look with each other "do you want any help" you heard Charlotte ask from next to Mia and you smile at her "you are all busy, I appreciate it though" you say but saw them all smile back at you "we don't mind helping" you heard Sorscha say to you which made you smile at her "if you're sure than I appreciate it" you say "we're sure, where do you want us" you heard Mia ask and you nod at her before looking round the garage "how about Reece, Mia and Autumn if you don't mind lifting the boxes down whilst myself, Marjorie and Charlotte go through the boxes and once we are done how about Winter and Sorscha you put them in piles of either rubbish, donate and keep" you suggest and see everyone nod at you before seeing them move to where you wanted them to be. You started to go through the next box that was on floor next to you whilst Marjorie and Charlotte moved where two other boxes nearest to them were situated on the floor, you sat on the floor in front of the box and opened it before smiling softly when you saw the contents off it, pulling out the contents of the box which consisted of a baby blanket, a stuffed purple dragon, some old pictures and a baby book that you flipped through quickly to see little bits of information filled in but nothing much is filled in from what you could notice, placing the stuffie on your lap you stroked the spines on the dragon softly as you picked up the blanket and noticed it had your name written in the corner in cursive in soft pink cotton whilst the blanket was purple with little stars on it "what have you got there" you heard Charlotte ask softly from where she was sat which caused you to look at her "just some of my baby things" you whisper to her whilst going through the photos that were in the box but you didn't recognise anyone in them but one did look familiar "aww you were a cute baby" you heard Charlotte say but you didn't expect her to be so close to you which made you jump slightly at hearing her voice "sorry Y/N" you heard her say softly "it's okay, I don't recognise anyone in these photos" you say to her as you show her the photos in your hand.

Putting the items back in the box but as you placed the photos away you heard a soft gasp come from someone and you turned to see Sorscha looking at the photos in your hand in shock "Sorschie are you okay" you ask her softly and see her turn to look at you in shock "how old are you" you heard her ask and you look at her with a confused expression "I'm 19 why" you asked her not understanding why she was acting the way she was "can I see that baby blanket" you heard her ask and you nodded before passing the blanket over to her and saw her look at it closely "where did you get this" you heard Sorscha ask a few minutes later after you saw her inspect the blanket "I've had this all my life, my mum and dad told me they were from my birth mother since I'm adopted" you explain and slowly stood up from where you were sat before walking over to Sorscha "Sorschie what is going on" you ask her but something felt like this conversation was needed to happen in private "come with me" you say and gently lead her inside your house whilst you had the stuffed dragon in your hand and Sorscha had the baby blanket in her hand wanting to know what is going on to make Sorscha react like she did. Walking into the house with Sorscha you gently led her into the living room and made her sit down on the couch whilst you sat on the coffee table that was in the living room "Sorscha what is going on" you ask her softly and see her let out a breath of air "19 years ago I gave birth to a baby girl and my ma made my daughter a blanket that was just like this one and seeing it brought back memories to when I gave my daughter up wrapped up in the same blanket" you heard Sorscha explain and you sat there in shock before pulling out the picture that you had in your hand "do you recognise anyone in this photo because I don't" you ask her whilst passing over the picture to her which she took from you gently, you watched Sorscha look at the photo in her hand and noticed she had tears starting to form "that's me" you heard her whisper quietly but you nearly missed her speaking since she was so quiet "Sorscha what did you say" you asked her to make sure you had heard her correctly "that's me" you heard her repeat herself louder and you were shocked at that you heard her correctly the first time "why do I have a picture of you in my baby stuff" you asked her trying to make sure that what you were thinking was true "I think your my daughter" you heard her say to you softly which made you stop moving all together from the shock "before we assume anything, I know this might be crazy but why don't we do a DNA test to confirm what we are both thinking" you suggest trying to get your mind around anything "yeah, umm how about we meet at the hospital tomorrow to get it done but for now lets keep this between us until we know, I'm sorry but I'm going to go and I will see you tomorrow" you heard Sorscha say to you which made you nod at her "that's great, I understand why you need to go, I will see you tomorrow" you say softly say to her whilst standing up from the coffee table and led her out the house.
