Prompt: you are at your sister nursery for the day and a parent makes a comment about a certain appearance

AN: This one shot was requested by the second winner of the last 'Where is the Houdini' @Jaime_prolific2 and she has asked for this twice so here it is finally

AN2: I hope you like this, it is a bit slow at the beginning but it does get better, it was hard to write this one due to the words I had to write but I did it (I am alive and not fell of the face of the planet since I didn't update yesterday but I was trying to update chapters of my other books)

Autumn walked into the nursery building holding the hand of her little sister "you okay" she asked you and saw you look up at her and nodded at her "you sure" she asked again and watched as you nodded at her and she stopped walking and bent down to your height "cub, all you are doing here is working on your school work, no one will bother you in the office okay" she explained to you and saw you nod at her slowly and she sighed knowing you wasn't going to speak since she could tell you were a bit on edge "right, let's go in" she says to you before standing up and carried on walking into the building with you holding her hand and she felt you squeeze her hand tightly which she did back and saw you smile at the ground. Entering the building Autumn guided you down the corridor and entered the office to see Marjorie sat at her desk typing away "morning Autumn" she heard Marjorie greet her without looking up "morning Marjorie" Autumn greeted back and moved to put her bag on her desk before walking over to the couch that was in the office and helped you onto the couch and put your bag next to you before pulling out a work book from your bag with a pencil case "here is your work book, are you okay to start it and if you need help just ask me" she asked you and saw you take the work book off her with the pencil case and heard "yeah sissy" come from you and she smiled gently at you before giving you a kiss on the forehead before standing up straight and turned to see Marjorie looking at her and you with a confused expression on her face "not now Marjorie" she say to her and walked over to her desk whilst ignoring Marjorie and pulled out her chair before sitting down at her desk to start her shift.

You focused on your work book and ignored the feeling of being watched by the other woman in the office with your big sister, you were working on a problem after being at your sisters work place for an hour when your sunglasses that you were wearing started to bother you slightly and you looked up to see your sister sat at her desk and slowly slid of the couch and walked over to her desk, once you were next to Autumn you tapped her on the arm and saw her look down at you "you okay cub" you heard her ask you "yes sissy, could I take my glasses off" you ask her quietly and see her nod "sure cub, pass them here" you here her ask and pulled off your sunglasses before handing them to Autumn and looked up at her with a smile "thank you" you say to her and go back to your work and struggled to climb onto the couch but managed after jumping slightly and heard Autumn laughing at you from her desk and focused back on your work book. You had been working for a while and heard footsteps walking towards you which caused you to look up and saw your sister walking towards you "how you doing" you heard her ask you "okay, I finished the first work book on maths and now doing English" you say to her and show her your work book that you were working on "okay, I'm going to go grab us some lunch from Greggs, will you be okay here with Marjorie if I introduce you" you heard her say and you nodded at her slightly before looking over at the woman who your sister called Marjorie and saw Autumn turn to face Marjorie. Autumn turned to face Marjorie's desk "Marjorie" she called to her friend and saw the woman look up at her "yes Autumn" she heard Marjorie ask her and she turned to look at you before looking back at Marjorie "I want to introduce you to my little sister" she says and saw Marjorie look at her in shock before seeing Marjorie look at you "Marjorie this is Y/N Knight and she is 8 years old and Y/N this Marjorie who is the manager of the nursery she is also very nice" she introduced you to Marjorie and saw you smile at Marjorie and heard Marjorie gasp when she knew that Marjorie noticed your eyes and quickly turned to look at Marjorie and shook her head when she saw Marjorie look at her with a shocked expression "Marjorie are you okay to watch Y/N whilst I go get us lunch" she asked Marjorie and saw Marjorie nod at her slowly before she turned to face you again "right cub, I will be back shortly if you need anything then ask Marjorie okay" she says to you and bent down to give you a kiss on the forehead before grabbing her bag from behind her desk and left the office after giving you another kiss on the forehead.
