Christmas lights and 'Sounds'

Prompt: Christmas lights and hearing a certain voice makes this a special Christmas

AN: Welcome to day 8 of the December Oneshot Marathon 

Walking down the busy street you gripped your mama's hand tightly as you walked down the street and tried to stay close to her so you wouldn't get separated from her, staying in close to your mama you felt her tap your cheek and you looked up at her to see her sign "food" to you and saw her point at a little hut that you noticed had hot dogs and burgers for sale and you nodded at her whilst signing "hungry" to her and felt her guide you over to the stand where the food was before seeing her bend down to be eye level with you "hot dog or burger" you saw her sign and you looked at her before pointing at the hot dog picture and saw her nod at you before standing back up and you saw her turn to order the food but since you couldn't hear you only saw her mouth move slightly due to the scarf she was wearing before looking round and saw 2 people you recognised with other people you didn't know and tugged at your mama's sleave and saw her look down at you with a confused look on her face. Looking at your mama you pointed over to the group before signing "Marjorie" and "Charlotte" using the sign names you came up with for them both and saw your mama look over to where you pointed at before seeing her look back at you and saw "we will say hi once we have our food" being signed to you which made you nod at her quickly before pointing behind her "food is ready" you signed to her and saw her turn back round to grab the food of the person behind the counter and took the hotdog of her and felt her guide you to the group of people you had spotted.

Siobhan was slightly nervous to go over to the group but knew you were excited to see Marjorie and Charlotte again after meeting them a few months ago when you had come to the nursery after a half day of school and Charlotte helped you with your homework and since then you have been asking to meet them again but she hadn't had a chance to since she had been at her own nursery and working there instead of covering at the main nursery but also you had gotten sick as well so that put it off even longer for you to meet them, holding your hand she walked over to the group and called "Marjorie, Charlotte" to the group and saw them both turn to face her and at first she could tell they were confused before seeing them recognise her "Siobhan, nice to see you here" she heard Marjorie say with a cheerful voice before seeing Marjorie look down next to her and smiled when she saw Marjorie tap your foot with her own before bending down in front of you before waving at you when she saw you look up at Marjorie and was shocked to see Marjorie sign "hi sweetie, nice to see you again" to you in fluent sign language and she could tell you were shocked before seeing you try to sign back but struggled due to the hot dog in your hand and she gently reached for it to let you sign to Marjorie 'hi Marjorie' and she could see everyone staring at you but ignored them for a moment and focused on you and Marjorie interacting "how is she doing Siobhan" she heard Charlotte ask her and she looked over to the woman and smiled at her "she doing well, as you can see she is spritely as ever but she has been wanting to see you and Marjorie for a while so when she spotted you she was excited" she says to Charlotte and saw Charlotte smile at her before seeing her move to your eyeline and saw her also sign to you "hi Y/N, how are you" she saw Charlotte sign to you with fluency "when did you both learn" she asked them both since she was confused "since we met her last, we both knew we might meet her again so decided to take classes together to help us learn it" she heard Charlotte say to her and she smiled at them at their thoughtfulness. Siobhan gently reached down to tap you gently on the cheek to get your attention and held out the hot dog to you which she saw you grab before signing "eat" to you "come sit down with us" she heard Marjorie say and sign at the same time and she nodded before guiding you gently to the seat that was free and was next to Charlotte before feeling herself be pulled into the seat next to you by Marjorie and watched as you quickly ate your food before hearing "so what are you both doing here" she heard Charlotte ask her and she chuckled "someone wanted to come see the Christmas lights, so we are just walking round looking at them" she says whilst pointing at you "that's pretty" she heard Charlotte say before hearing "I'm sorry but who is this" come from Sorscha and she looked at the Irish woman and let out a chuckle "sorry, this is Y/N she is my daughter" she says to the rest of the group which consisted of Autumn, Winter, Carly and Sorscha with Marjorie and Charlotte included but she was met with shocked gasps coming from them all and she knew you couldn't hear the gasps come from them all which she was secretly glad about since she knew you wouldn't know what was going on.
