AN: hope you enjoy this little sad chapter not depressing or downright bad but just a little sadness before the happiness happens for the next month, who is excited for the next month because i sure am

Charlotte was watching you from across the baby room and was trying to figure out how you were so good with the babies even at a young age since she knew you were only 17 but she was also trying to figure out how you got your name since it was just more of a nickname than an actual name "you okay Char" she heard you ask from across the room and she nodded at you before returning back to her job of cleaning the bottles since most of the babies were down for a nap, Charlotte was lost in her thoughts that she didn't notice Autumn come in the room until she heard "my sweet" come from behind her and she turned to face her wife and smiled at her "hi darling" she says to Autumn "I'm here to cover your lunch" she heard Autumn tell her and she nodded at Autumn before moving to leave the room "see you in 45" she says whilst leaving the room and saw you wave at her before she left the room. Walking into the breakroom she saw Sorscha also on her break "hi Sorscha" she greets the Irish woman and grabbed her lunch from the fridge that she put in there that morning before her shift started and sat opposite Sorscha "hiya Charlie, how's it going" she heard Sorscha ask her and she nodded at her "okay, still trying to figure out how Y/N/N is so good with the babies for being so young" she told Sorscha before taking a bite of her lunch and saw Sorscha nodding at her slowly "she isn't just good with the babies, she is brilliant with the toddlers and preschoolers as well" she heard Sorscha say to her and she wasn't as surprised as she should be to find out you were good with all the children in the nursery "do you know why she is so good with them or anything" she asked Sorscha and saw her shrug at her question "no, she is very guarded for a 17 year old" she heard Sorscha say and she nodded in agreement since you were very guarded and didn't like to talk about yourself often "we will find out eventually or not" she says before going back to her lunch.

You were in the room with Autumn since Charlotte had gone on her lunch and you were tidying up some of the toys that were in the room when you heard the room phone ring and saw Autumn grab it from the side but you turned back to the toys you were tidying before hearing "Y/N/N, you are needed in the office Carly is coming to cover you" come from Autumn and you nodded at her before seeing Carly waltz into the room, standing up from the corner you were sat in you made your way out the room and down the corridor to the office wondering what was going on and why you were needed in the office. Entering the office you stopped walking when you saw your social worker talking to Marjorie before seeing them turn to you when they noticed you stood there staring "Y/N/N, come sit" you heard your social worker say and you glanced at Marjorie briefly and could tell she was confused on what was going on before turning your attention back to your social worker and shake your head at her and heard her sigh "sit now" you heard her say and you close the door behind you and lean against it not coming closer to her since you didn't like that she was at your work place "could someone tell me what is going on" you heard Marjorie ask and you look at her and let out a sigh but before you could say anything your social worker beat you to it "I'm Claire and her social worker" you heard her say and you just let her talk "social worker, Y/N/N what is going on" you heard Marjorie ask you this time "I'm a foster kid, Miss Claire is only hear to tell me I'm being moved to another home and after work I have to go with her and blah blah blah" you say in a bored tone since this isn't the first time for this to happen but the first time to happen whilst your in work "new home, what" you heard Marjorie ask in a shocked tone and you just nod at her before looking at your social worker "so what made you realise I was right about them" you asked her and heard her sigh before seeing her look at you "I did a bit more looking and saw they had a repeat of abuse and neglecting their foster children but after you telling me what they were doing I looked into it and found out you were telling the truth" you heard her say and you just nod at her "so where am I going, group home or foster home again" you ask her and tried to pretend it didn't bother you but on the inside you wanted a family who just loved you and not keep you just for the money "that's the reason why I am here, we have ran out of homes that will take you, your history with foster homes makes it harder since you don't trust any home you go in and last the most a week with them before they give you up again and you don't like group homes again from your past" you heard your social worker explain to you softly and you were shocked at that information "so what happens to her" you heard Marjorie ask and you just look at her slowly "what happens now is that I live either in a hostel and be monitored or try to find an emergency foster family" you say before looking at your social worker who you saw look down at her lap "thought so" you say before opening the door and storming out the office and out to the garden to calm down since you were angry and just wanted to scream at the world.
