Prompt: After giving birth you and your wife surprise her friends at work since they didn't know you were pregnant 

TW: mentions bleeding, pregnancy issues 

You rolled over on the bed to see your wife was fast asleep and you felt bad for waking her up but you really needed her "babe, babe wake up" you whisper and shake her shoulder to try and wake her up "babe" you say louder and smack her with a pillow and see her roll and fall off the bed "I'm up, what is it" you heard her say sleepily and you tried to speak but is cut off by a groan leaving your lips "ohh shit, okay breath darling" you heard her say and see her rush over to where you were lay on the bed "how long darling" you heard her say and once you had your breath back you slowly sat up with her help and move to stand up "this was number 3" you say to her and rub under your 9 month pregnant belly where you could feel the pain "okay, let me get your bag into the car and I will ring the centre to let them know we are on the way" you heard her say and you nod at her "okay, they are 20 minutes apart and my waters haven't broken yet" you say gently and watched as she left the room quickly. You slowly waddle to follow her down the stairs and you stopped at the nursery that was painted in a light purple colour with white furniture and butterfly decorations "can't wait to show you this room" you say to your bump and felt your daughter shift inside "I know it's cramped in there but you won't be in there much longer" you say again whilst walking down the stairs "Maddison are the bags in the car" you ask her when she comes back in from the car "yeah darling, the centre knows we are on the way" you heard come from her and felt her place her hand on the base of your back and gently guided you out to the car.

As Maddison drove to the birthing centre you had another contraction and since Maddison was driving you gripped the armrest and listened to Maddison guiding you through the breathing exercises that you both learnt in the parenting classes you both went to, just as the contraction ended Maddison pulled into the car park and quickly jumped out the car before helping you out the car and grabbing the car and you both walked into the centre, you was quickly checked in and shown to your room that you would be given birth in and got settled on the bed that was in the room and watched as Maddison put your bags on the couch that was in the room and walked over to you "how you feeling darling" you heard her ask "okay for now, but I know the contractions are going to get worse" you say gently and take her hand in your own "I'm with you every step darling, why don't you try and get some sleep, the midwife did say it could take a while" you hear her say softly and felt her play with your hair "okay, love you" you say and roll onto your side and close your eyes and heard a "love you too" come from Maddison.

Maddison watched as you closed your eyes and she gently kissed your forehead before moving round to kiss your bump and slowly walked over to the couch and sat down to process everything, she was so excited to meet her daughter and couldn't wait to see you hold her for the first time, she pulled out her phone and saw it was 2:40 am and she knew she was meant to be in work in a few hours but she wouldn't be in work now for the next two weeks and had to let Marjorie know since she was the only one who knew you were pregnant and was about to give birth since she had to hand in her paperwork to get her 2 week parental leave approved but she made Marjorie not say anything in front of the other staff members since you both agreed to keep the pregnancy low key since the pregnancy was difficult to begin with, she pulled up Marjorie's phone number and quickly dialled the number and put the phone to her ear "ello" she heard a sleepy voice say down the phone and she felt bad for waking Marjorie up "sorry Marjorie, but its me Maddison" she says softly down the phone "ohh is everything okay" she heard Marjorie say down the phone "it's just I need my parental leave to start today, Y/N is currently in labour and we are at the centre" she says gently and looks over to where you were lay when she saw you shift on the bed "okay keep me updated and I won't say why your not in until you tell everyone yourself" she heard Marjorie say and she said goodbye to Marjorie and hung the phone up and quickly walked over to the bed when she heard you groan in pain "I'm here babe" she says and gently rubs your back and helped you breath through the contraction.
