Autumn was sat in the waiting room of the hospital waiting to hear anything about her little sister, she was resting her head in her hands when she heard footsteps coming towards her and she saw her big brother running towards her "AUT" she heard him shout and she stood up and did something that was unlike her she hugged her brother when he was close enough "how is she" she heard her brother ask since he stayed behind at their family home since the police had arrested their father and wanted a statement so whilst she came to the hospital Reece stayed behind to make sure their father didn't pull anything "I don't know, I do know she can't speak or make noise its like a baby in an adult body at this point, she is really scared of men" she says to him after letting him go and moved to sit back down in her chair that she was sat on "what do you mean she can't speak or make noise" she heard Reece ask and she let out a blow of air "she doesn't know how to speak, she hasn't been taught how to speak but she can hum though, the female paramedics were poking at her and she didn't scream or even whimper when they were touching her cuts or bruises and her cuts are bad Reece like they would make anyone scream" she explained whilst leaning back in her chair "wow, so what happens now" she heard him ask and she turned to look at him "I think I'm going to take her with me once she is discharged since she seems to trust females more than males, but we help her Reece that's what happens now" she says to him softly and saw him lean back in the chair he was sat in "what about Winter" she heard him ask and she let out a gasp "shit Winter and Marjorie must be worried about us" she says before seeing Reece move to pull out his phone "you stay here, I will ring them both and explain what is going on, should we let Mia know" she heard him ask and she shrugged her shoulders not knowing how to answer the question "I'll let her know our father has been arrested and what for" she heard Reece say before seeing him stand up to go ring her husband and his wife to let them both know that they are okay. After Reece came back she was resting her head on his shoulder when she saw a female doctor walk towards them "are you the siblings of the 24 year old who was brought in" she heard the doctor ask when she was closer to them "yeah, I'm Autumn Fortune-Knight and this is my brother Reece Knight" she says to the doctor and saw the doctor nod at her before seeing her bend down in front of them both "can you both follow me so I can discuss this with you both" she heard the doctor ask them and she nodded before standing up from her chair with Reece following her before they both followed the doctor, following the doctor down the corridors for a few minutes before seeing her stop and enter a room that Autumn noticed was an office when she entered behind the doctors before hearing the door close behind Reece "have a seat" she heard the doctor say as she saw her take a seat and she sat in the chair furthest from the door whilst Reece took the seat closest to the door and she turned to face the doctor who had a glum look on her face and she quickly shared a look with Reece before turning to look back at the doctor feeling a pit of worry settle in her stomach.

Looking at the doctor Autumn heard the doctor let out a sigh before seeing her look at her and Reece "in the 15 years of me being a doctor I've never seen or had a case like this, I want to call her a woman but I just can't because she isn't a woman she is a terrified 24 year old girl who can't express how she is feeling or even react to us" she heard the doctor explain and she reached out to grab hold of Reece's hand after hearing the doctor start to speak "the amount of abuse she has been through it is a miracle she is alive to be honest with you both, her list of injuries are quiet long and her recovery will take years because its just not the physical injuries we need to heal but also her mental injuries but she also needs to learn how to talk and walk since we found out she doesn't know how to do either, she needs to learn the basic of living and will never be able to live on her own properly since her mental capacity is basically non-existence right now" she heard the doctor start to explain further and she let the tears she was holding back fall down her cheeks "what are her injuries" she asked the doctor not wanting to hear it but knew she needed to know and heard the doctor let out a little sigh "her injuries that we can see are 4 deep wounds 2 on her wrists and 2 on her ankles from rope being tied to tightly but also we believe they have never been took off and she has been living with them on her for the last 24 years, she is severely malnourished and needs to gain weight slowly since it can be dangerous for her to gain quickly, her teeth a rotten and she is missing half of her teeth, we've ran an x ray and it showed us broken bones all over her body, wrists, arms, legs, feet and ribs are just a few that have been broken but what is worrying is that most have been set correctly so whoever did this had help setting them back, however the biggest worry we have is the cuts on her back since her clothes have actually healed under the cuts once they had healed over and we've had to slowly reopen each cut to remove the fabric before stitching each one up, she also has zero bladder and bowel control so we've put her in protection, in short she is baby in an adult body " she heard the doctor list off and she felt bile rise up her throat before she had to grab the doctors bin to be sick in "your okay Aut" she heard Reece whisper to her and she just groaned before removing her head from the bin and turned to look at the doctor "we've all had the same reaction Mrs Fortune-Knight each one of us who are on the case have thrown up from the state of her injuries" she heard the doctor say to her gently and she placed the bin near her feet before nodding at the doctor "now we have noticed that she is petrified of men so we've put her in a room with a note on the door and only females are allowed in, also we seem to have no name for her do you both know why this is the case or are you in dark just like the rest of us" she heard the doctor say and she let out a little sigh before placing her head in her hands again. Looking up at the doctor who she saw looking at her with a concerned look she started to explain what they knew "we have only just found out about her, our father" she starts to explain and actually chokes on the word father before continuing "kept her locked in the basement for 24 years, we know he hasn't named her from what we found out but until today we didn't know she existed and we both moved out the house 10 years ago due to our father not being a nice man but yet we didn't know she was underneath us all this time" she finished explaining to the doctor who she nod at her explanation "that's the reason why is scared of men but we do have to call her something so have you thought of anything or do you want to wait yet" she heard the doctor say and she knew the perfect name for you "Y/N" she says softly and saw Reece nod in agreement "Y/N it is a nice strong name for a very strong girl" she heard the doctor say softly to them both "before you leave and I take you to your sister, I need to ask does she have anywhere to live once she is strong enough to leave here" she heard the doctor ask and she nodded her head at the doctor "I'll have her living with me since she seems comfortable with me" she says and saw the doctor nod at her before seeing the doctor stand up from her chair "I'll take you Mrs Fortune-Knight to see her but Mr Knight for her sake I won't let you in right now" she heard the doctor say to her and Reece "I understand doctor, I'm going to go buy some bits for her whilst my sister is with her in the room, I'm going to take my wife with me to help" she heard Reece say and she smiled at him before they both followed the doctor out the office and she gave Reece a hug before following the doctor down the corridor whilst Reece left the hospital.
