Prompt: your siblings find out your being bullied by seeing bruises

You felt yourself being pushed into the lockers and you looked up to see a group of girls stood around you "well if it's the brainy pants of the school" you heard the leader of the group say to you "leave me alone" you say and try to walk away but felt her grab your wrist tightly and push you to the floor "I don't think so, you shouldn't be in our school or even year, you should be in primary school still" you heard her say before feeling her kick your ribs and soon you felt the other girls join in and you just curl up in a ball hoping they would leave you alone soon. After 10 minutes of them kicking and punching, you felt them stop and you looked up to see them walking away and you heard "go back to primary school" come from the leader and you slowly stood up and let the tears fall when all you felt was pain in your ribs and back, you walked slowly to the school bathrooms and slowly lifted your shirt to see your chest and stomach covered in old bruises and saw red marks from the attack that just happened on you and you knew your back was going to look the same as your front and pulled your shirt back down and left the bathroom and left the school since it was the end of the day and set off to your sisters work to meet her and your brother.

You walked the short distance from your school to your sisters work and even though it was a short distance it took you longer since you were in pain and entered the code to the gate that you had so you could enter the building without having to ring them to let you in, you walked down the corridor once you entered the building and entered the office to see your sister Autumn at her desk "hi Aut" you say gently and see her look up at you "hi shortcake" you heard her say to you and you walked over to the chair in front of her desk "how was school" you heard her ask you "it was okay, the work is easy" you say to her and saw her roll her eyes "you're the only 10 year old to say doing your GSCSE are easy" you heard her say softly and you got your homework out your bag to start on whilst waiting for her to finish work since you lived with her, you were working through your maths homework when you heard footsteps entering the office and you looked over your shoulder and saw your brothers girlfriend Marjorie walk in and saw your brother walk in behind her "hi Y/N my love you okay" you heard her ask you and felt her ruffle your hair "yeah Marjie" you say before going back to your school work and didn't realise your sleave had fallen down before you heard "shortcake what is that on your arm" come from Autumn and you looked at your arm and quickly pulled your sleave down "its nothing" you say and carried on working on your school work but you looked up when you saw Reece walk over to you "its nothing that looked like a bruise cupcake" you heard him say and felt him pull your sleave up "don't" you say but it was too late and you heard your brother and sister gasp when they saw the hand shape bruise on your wrist.

Pulling your arm free from Reeces grip you pulled your sleave back down and hugged your arm to your chest to hide it from them "shortcake, where did you get that bruise from" you heard Autumn ask "nowhere" you say and put your head down "cupcake tell us, you don't get a hand shaped bruise from nowhere" you heard Reece say and you looked up at them and saw them both looking at you with concern in their eyes "if I tell you do you both promise not to go all 'guard dog' and 'piranha' mode" you say to them both and saw them look at each other "we promise" you heard them both say and you gently take off your jumper and heard 3 gasps when you put your jumper on the back of your seat and showed them all the bruises on your arms "shortcake who did this" you heard Autumn ask you gently and saw her stand up and walk over to your seat and knelt in front of you "a group of girls in school, they think I shouldn't be in high school and should be still in primary school" you say quietly "cupcake is there anymore bruises or is it just on your arms" you heard Reece ask and you gently shake your head "there is more" you say quietly and let the tears you where holding back fall.
