Prompt: you are 16 and you find your old siblings

AN: Enjoy, its a long one

You sighed walking into your foster mums work place, you were just dropped off by social worker after your monthly meeting with her, walking into the office you see your foster mum sat at her desk and see her look up when you walk into the office "hey sweetie, how did the meeting go sorry I couldn't be there" she says to you, sitting down from across her desk you just sigh and move your long red hair from your face "it went okay, just the same as the other meetings, she just asked me a few questions and checked of injuries" you explain and see her look shock at what you just said "don't panic, she was surprised to see I didn't have any for the first time in 16 years" you say and see her relax into her chair. You watch as she moves closer to where you was sat "what questions did she ask you" you hear her ask and just sink into your chair "just 'are you happy', 'is she hurting you' and the big one 'do you want to stay there" you say and see her nod at you "and what did you say if you don't mind me asking" she asks and you chuckled at the question "I told her I was very happy and that I wasn't being hurt and I would like to stay with you" you say and see her smile at the thought of you being happy living with her.

You had been living with Marjorie for the last 4 months when you got placed with her as an emergency after your last foster parent hurt you so bad it nearly killed you, living with Marjorie was meant to be a temporary thing but your social worked made it permanent when she saw how happy you have been over the last few months and she was happy that finally got a home where you was being loved and cared for instead of being hurt. Looking over to Marjorie you see her watching you "she is happy with my progress and she checked on my old injuries and was happy with how they have healed" you say whilst showing her the scar that had formed on your collar bone and then the one across your side "I'm glad your social worker is happy, she did tell me she would give me a ring later today but I don't know what time" she says to you and holds out her arms for you giving you the option to hug her or not, standing up you quickly walk over and give her a quick hug before letting go still not used to the loving affection she gives you "that's your longest hug yet" she says with a chuckle.

Sitting back in your seat you moved over to lean on the desk and pulled out your course work "is it okay to do my work in here" you ask her and saw her nod at you smiling when you put on your headphones and started to do your work, since you was constantly jumping from home to home you were doing online classes but it also helped that you was far ahead anyway and was actually doing online university classes instead of high school classes, you looked up thirty minutes later and saw a brunette walk into the office and sit at the other desk not noticing you but you slowly moved closer to Marjorie not knowing who the person was and not trusting them. You tried to focus on your work and jumped slightly when you feel a hand on your back which was quickly removed and heard "sorry sweetie" coming from Marjorie and you just looked at her and nodded your head at her and go back to looking at the brunette who hadn't noticed you sat there, sliding off the chair you crawl underneath Marjorie's desk and sit in the gap underneath the desk and saw Marjorie move slightly and pass your work to you and got comfortable under the desk.

You quickly finished your work and was drawing on an empty page in your book and looked over when you saw Marjorie bend down slightly "you okay under here, do you want some food and a drink" she asks you and moved slightly when you nodded your head at her "I can't leave you alone, so you need to come with me" she says when you didn't move and helped you crawl out from under the desk and smiled when she saw you was just drawing "let's go" she says and guides you out the room and you noticed the brunette was looking at you with a shocked expression on her face. Following Marjorie out the office she led you down to where the kitchen was and walked in to the room with Marjorie and saw a red head moving around the kitchen "hi chef" you hear Marjorie say to the woman and quickly hid behind Marjorie when you saw the glare that the red head gave Marjorie "what are you doing in my kitchen" you hear her say to Marjorie "I was just grabbing some lunch for Y/N" she says and moved  to the side to reveal you stood there and sighed when she felt you hide again and peek around her to look at the woman "ohh" you heard the woman say and quickly dish up something for you and hand the plate to you "thank you" you say quietly and take the plate off her before following Marjorie back to office.
