A few days later sees you walking down the same corridor you came down when you revealed everything but this time you were there to hold a managers meeting with all your managers and deputies, walking into the room you see your were first one here and set up what you needed to do for the meeting and each seat you placed a piece of paper with details of certain things, you placed the last sheet down on the table when you heard footsteps and looked up to see your managers and deputies walking in "come in, have a seat but can managers and their deputies sit together, Deliah sit next to Siobhan for me please" you say to them when they move to the table and you watch as they each sat in the spot and you noticed your wife's deputy wasn't here and you looked at Janice and see her shake her head which made you sighed. Walking to the head of the table you could feel Charlotte and Deliah looking at you with curious eyes "good morning, now I know this isn't how you normally do meeting because I have closed the nurseries for the day since I need every on of you and that would mean that there wouldn't be any senior staff at the nurseries" you start the meeting and sit down in the chair and placed your hands on the table "right so I know most of you know me, but for Charlotte and Deliah I'm Y/N Knight-Cleaves and the owner of the Knight nurseries and Midnight Nursery" you introduce yourself to Charlotte and Deliah before continuing on "this meeting is to introduce myself but also to give you guys the full run down of what is going to be happening over the next few weeks" you explain and see everyone nod at you.

Sitting up straight you pull the sheet that was in front of you closer "so the first thing is the big thing is that the merger will not be happening, the nurseries will stay separate and each manager Janice, Reece, Marjorie and Siobhan will run their nurseries how you have been with your deputies, this brings me to another point Deliah you will be now the deputy for Siobhan and Charlotte here will be the deputy of Reece" you say to the woman next to Siobhan and see her nod but could tell she was confused "so I know your wondering what nursery will Siobhan be running and that is the building Roger had bought for the merger, that building is the 3rd Knight nursery and will be taking children from the three nurseries waitlist and will be able to take more children then the current nurseries, this means more staff will be employed but also apprentices will be took on as well" you explain with a smile on your face "so Siobhan and Deliah will be running the new nursery with myself occasionally but I will also be jumping from each nursery to help out as well" you say and see shocked expressions from what you said "so you will be helping us in the buildings" you heard Marjorie ask and you nod at her "yes, I'm a hands on person but it also gives me chance to see where I can make improvements to the nurseries in different areas, but also it gives me chance to know my managers as well" you reply to Marjorie and see her nod in shock. Moving in your seat you look around the table and see everyone paying attention "does anyone have questions before I move on" you ask the group and see them shake their heads at you "okay, if you do please ask them, so to carry on I have contractors coming in next week to put soundproofing in all your offices, so I need you to all clear out your offices and move them to an empty room in your building, I have emailed you all the dates your offices are getting done and they will be done over 2 days so you won't be out your office for long" you say and see them looked surprise and see Charlotte raise her hand "yes Charlotte" you ask her "why the soundproofing" you hear her ask and you share a glance with Autumn and Reece who you see nod at you "due to eavesdropping apprentices that were spying on the staff" you say gently and see her look shock "Carly was spying" you heard Charlotte ask in shock and you could tell she was hurt "yes, she went to Roger because everyone forgot her birthday" you say and see her look down at the table "you okay to carry on Charlotte" you ask her and see her nod at your question.
