=BIOGRAPHY=
Like a hibernating bear, the Heavy Weapons Guy, or Heavy appears to be a gentle giant. Also like a bear, confusing his deliberate, sleepy demeanor with gentleness will get you ripped limb from limb. Though he speaks simply and moves with an economy of energy that's often confused with napping, Heavy isn't dumb; he's not your big friend and he generally wishes that you would just shut up before he has to make you shut up.
=APPEARANCE=
Heavy sports a pompadour hairstyle and accessorizes with aviator-style sunglasses. He dons a red shirt featuring his class logo on the shoulders, a black bulletproof vest, grey pants, black fingerless gloves, sturdy boots, a belt, an ammo pouch on his left side, and an ammo belt wrapped around his vest.
=PERSONALITY & TRAITS=
Heavy is known for belittling his opponents and doesn't care who gets in his way--be they men, "babies", or "tiny baby men"--they will likely fall to his slow but devastating attacks. Heavy is the most iconic (as well as the most cruel and bullish) and the most comical of the mercenaries. Having a liking of firepower, he also has a love for his minigun, which he has named "Sasha". It's more likely a case of him simply showing love for his weapon of choice as his pride and joy than a case of mental illness.
Despite being a dark and brutal man, Heavy cares deeply for his family, working hard every day to send money back to them in Rusniya and is even overprotective of his sisters (Bronislava, Yana, Zhanna), visiting his family once a month. Outside of battle, Heavy is also shown to be a quiet, thoughtful man who cares for Medic.
Heavy may come across as a musclebound brute, but that is by his intent as he is actually quite intelligent, holding a PhD in Rusniyan literature. His protective nature towards his mother and three younger sisters is rooted in a difficult past. After his father was killed for attempting to assassinate the Rusniyan Emperor, a young Heavy and his family were sent to a labor camp. Heavy and his family managed to escape from the Rusniyan government after only three months by staging a riot, living the rest of their lives in exile.
