=BIOGRAPHY=

This amiable, soft-spoken good ol' boy from tiny Tectan loves barbecue, guns, and higher education. Natural curiosity, ten years as a roughneck in the Colomnyan oilfields, and eleven hard science PhDs have trained him to design, build and repair a variety of deadly contraptions.

=APPEARANCE=

Engineer can be easily identified by the distinctive outfit he wears. This includes a hard hat, goggles, work boots, a belt, an ammo pouch on his left side, a white undershirt, a red shirt, overalls, pants, a yellow-orange and grey rubber glove on his right arm, knee pads, and wiring on his right side.

=PERSONALITY & TRAITS=

Unlike his other teammates who usually talk loudly, Engineer is very calm, collected, and soft-spoken, mostly speaking in Western slang, but enough provocation may cause him to start yelling or talking in an angry, and much louder tone. He takes great pride in his buildings, especially his sentry gun, to which he refers it as a "cute little gun". Engineer is strongly supportive and caring of his team.

=SKILLS & ABILITIES=

Engineer is known for having light armor along with Scout, Sniper, and Spy. He shares an average running speed with Pyro and Sniper at 12.8 miles per hour (20.5 kilometers per hour). Engineer is widely recognized as the primary defensive asset of the team, as he is capable of constructing three distinct types of buildings to support his team: the Sentry, the Dispenser, and the Teleporter.

=BUILDINGS=

Engineer's primary defensive structure, the Sentry, is a vital asset in protecting key areas.
