In the elevator, they were making their way to the 30th floor. The time to face Order was coming.
Acht: Top floor, everyone.
Marina: Order must be waiting for us there.
Marina lowered her head and spoke in an apologetic voice.
Marina: I'm sorry to involve all of you into this.
Marina's eyes became more stern as she pulled out her Order Brella.
Marina: I'm coming with you guys to the next floor.
Pearl: It's dangerous!
Marina: I know, Pearlie. But I have to.
Goggles: You created this world to save Octolings that lost their memories, right?
Hachi: It's not your fault, Marina.
Bordeaux: Because of you, I remember everything I lost. We won't let Order turn our world into a world of mindless puppets.
Marina: Everyone... *She sniffs and wipes a tear from her eyes*
Acht turned her attention to Marina.
Acht: Actually...I lost my memory because someone stole my will in the Deepsea Metro.
Marina: What? You were sterilized as well, Acht?
Acht: Yeah. I was given the task of playing music as a DJ. I don't remember much about my time there. Except... I heard this voice...
Marina: Perhaps, coming to the Memverse helped regain your will. Maybe the restoration worked in a positive way.
Acht: Guess I'm in your debt, then. You remember this photo?
Acht pulled out a photo of her and Marina in it back when they were in the Imperial Octarian Army. The others were surprised to see what Acht looked like before being sanitized.
