A Fool's Revenge

After Party

I had seen Bring Me, Of Mice, Breathe Carolina and even PTV before I got the call from Sam that their set was in twenty minutes so I raced over to their stage and showed the security guard my pass and went back to see them. I snapped a few candid's of them warming up before greeting them.

I watched as they warmed up, completely fascinated at what they were doing. I could hear the crowd slowly getting louder and louder, waiting in anticipating for the guy's intro to start. I was getting excited myself get watching them back here. I snapped a few more pictures before telling them to have a good show and made my way to side stage and set myself up.

I snapped a separate shot of each of the guys as they passed me to go on stage, the crowd going nuts when one would pop out.

I watched for half of the show and took pictures the other half. Their stage presence was incredible and I was in awe by the time they came jogging off.

I took the last few shots of the night as we were walking to the bus and as soon as we were on, uploaded all of them to my computer and saved them under the city and state along with the date before closing my laptop and outing my camera away for the night.

"Are you ready to go?" Cam asked with a beer in his hand.

"For?" I inquired completely confused.

"The party, Austin told us you wanted to go, let's go." I hopped out my bunk and slipped on my shoes and spritz a bit more perfume on myself before following the guys out.
As soon as we got to where the party was, Ben dragged me off to where the drinks were. The lot was packed and the music was loud. I didn't feel awkward or out of place because everyone was just here to have a good time.

"Pick your poison." Ben motion to the table filled with liquor and the coolers full or various beers.

I spotted my favorite and told him to make up my mixed drink. He handed it to me and I took a sip of the perfectly strong drink and was soon dragged off by someone else.

"What are you doing here, you whore?!" the harsh whisper that came from Mike scared me a bit but the look in his eyes scared me even more. His words cut like the knife I semi-wished I brought with me in times like these.

"Wh-What do you want Mike?" I asked in a shaky voice. I wasn't sure what he was gonna do but his grip on my arm tightened and I winced in pain. It would surely leave bruises for the morning.

"Why the fuck are you here?" he growled and I shriveled down at his towering stature.

"I'm, I'm taking pictures for Asking." I mumbled and I could've sworn I saw his eyes turn black.

"So your just here with your two little fuck buddies? That's fucking hysteri-" Mike was cut off mid-sentence by his older brother wiping him around.

"Mike, just leave her the fuck alone. She's not worth your time." I faintly heard him mumble and I was slightly hurt by his choice of words. Sure, he was right, I wasn't worth Mike's time but damn.

"Just stay the fuck away from each other." Vic said sternly and pulled Mike away from me before I could defend myself.

I turned back around to be faced with Austin, staring in disbelief.

"Jayme... what was that about?" he asked hesitantly as I stood still in shock still rubbing my achy arm.

"It was nothing, Austin." I lied with a convincing smile. He nodded, knowing I wasn't about to talk about it and pulled me over to the guys in his band.

"Guys, look who I snagged up." Austin smiled and pulled me out from behind him and the guys cheered. They gave me hugs and I stayed with them for a while, refilling my drink as needed and saying hi to a few people I knew along the way.



By bus call, I was trashed. Danny had to actually help me back to the bus and into my bunk. He tossed me one of my long T's and I drunkenly changed before climbing under my covers. I could hear someone talking softly near my bunk but was too out of it to really pay attention to what they were saying. I soon felt sleep overwhelming me and I succumbed to it, falling into my psychotic subconscious.
