Megan POV
...The sound of my alarm going off echoed in the background of my hotel room as this time I was happy to hear it. Opening my eyes slowly, my mouth smiled right along with it as I stared at the ceiling.
Today was the day. Today was the day I became Megan Davidson.
Cheesing on my own, I heard the girls in the suite lobby as I knew they heard my alarm. Reaching over and turning it off, I grinned even more as I heard them running down the hall and over to my room.
Preparing myself for the screaming and yelling, I sat up as my door barged opened. Entering like they were running away from a serial killer, I couldn't help the nervous smile on my face as they screamed and jumped onto the bed.
Coming in last, Cersi had a breakfast plate of French Toast in her hand as I tried to remember when she got here. With all the screaming and yelling I couldn't remember.
Looking at all of them dressed in their matching silk robes, it amused me as they even got Kylie to participate in this silliness.
Jumping up and down on my bed, she fell onto my lap and hugged me as I hugged my daughter back.
Me: What is this?" I giggled as they stood around me.
Morgan: What do you mean what is this? This is your wedding day Megan!" she screamed as all the other girls screamed.
Me: I mean what is that?" I pointed to the plate and gift bag in Cersi's hand.
Morgan: Bitch don't worry about it, get up and brush your teeth and come to the kitchen." she slapped my leg as I winced.
Morgan: I know that breath stinks." she insulted as I rolled my eyes.
Me: Shut up Morgan." I loathed as they laughed. Placing Kylie on the bed, I slid out the sheets as they ran back to the front.
Grabbing my toothbrush, I put some toothpaste on it as I began to brush my teeth. Watching myself in the mirror, did I say I felt like this was surreal? Brushing my teeth looked normal, washing my face felt normal but it wasn't.
I was getting married today to remind everyone again and everything I did up until then seemed surreal, like it wasn't happening. It was like I was in stimulation mostly as I was hours away from changing my last name.
..Finishing in the bathroom, I turned out the light as I left the room. Kylie must've ran back to the front of the hotel suite where the rest of the ladies were. Laughing and talking, I smiled as music was playing in the background.
Emerging from the hallway Drita spotted me first as she squealed. Clapping her hands as I eyed her over-excited behavior, she ran over to me as I looked at her.
Drita: You ready?!"
Me: For what?"
Drita: For today M!" she yelled as I winced a little.
