Chapter 40 - Is this my future?

Sunghae's POV

"Girl you look beautiful," I came out of the bathroom being attacked by compliments. "I am not really participating, I am just watching the traditional one," I said. "It doesn't matter, imagine you in our maid of honours dress," said Nayoung. "Isn't the bridesmaid dresses and the Maid of honour is the same?" I ask. "Yes," she said. "Well Auntie is supposed to be the beautiful out of all in the wedding," I said. "It will be you next," said Auntie. "Okay okay, thank you." My makeup was done and I see Auntie and in the traditional hanbok with the makeup on. "Where's Taekwoon?" Asked Auntie. "He's in the other hotel room," I said. "Ohh okay, is he occupied?" She asked. "Probably yes," I said. "Just go check on him just in case," she winked. "Okay I will," I slowly left the room with Nayoung and Aunt Clarissa giggling to themselves.

I walk a few doors down to the room Appa reserved for Taekwoon and I. "Are you bored?" I walk in seeing Taekwoon laying down on the bed. "Kinda," he answered. "What do you want to do?" I ask. "I want to hug you," I was standing on his side of the bed until he grabbed me by the waist and pull me onto the bed. "I missed you," he tells me keeping me close to him. "I know, we're too busy," I turn to face him. "I wish for us to be public, so we can both be comfortable. But that's not how the world is," he said. "I miss living the normal life that everyone has but I'm still glad that I took the other path," I said. "Same if I didn't I wouldn't be able to meet you." I kiss him on the lips. "I wish to do so, but your stylist will get mad at be if I mess up your hair and makeup," he said.

We hear banging at the door, "Sorry to interrupt, but don't mess up my creation for Sunghae," it was Nayoung Unnie. "Okay, you can resume," she addedd. "See," we both kept on hugging. "I'm pretty sure there will be people that know you," I said. "Well that means I can't hold your hand and sit close to you, I guess we would have to act as family friends if anyone asks us," he said. "For sure fans will find out," I said. "But I heard that I'm your ideal type in multiple occasions," he said. "Let's say that we don't meet much, since we are very busy and we don't talk much, but in the near future we can get closer as co-workers," I said. "Yeah we can do that."

"What time does the wedding start?" He asks. "12:45" I said. "It's 12:15, I guess we can go now," he said. "Yeah, I don't want to sit at the back, since they could actually recognise us when the couple walks in," I said. We both put on our shoes, and the car to takes us to the venue was there Oppa and his girlfriend came with us so it won't seem suspicious. It was Oppa's idea for that to happen, "See I'm smart, we can be your body guards," he joked. "Oh well, I can't lie you always watch over me." We all sat in the car, "I'm happy appa-nim is getting married again. He seems so happy now," said Lee Minah. (Not to confused the other Minah at school, trying to make it seem real since it can be a common name there).

When we all got to the venue it was well decorated to Appa and Aunt Clarissa's taste. "It looks beautiful," says Taekwoon. I smiled, "I'm glad that they are able to make this come true," I said. I sat next to, Taekwoon on my left with Lee Minah on my right then you know that Oppa is on the far end with his girlfriend. "What time is it now?" Asked Oppa. "12:30" I said. By then family and friends started coming in, "We are family friends" I said to myself. "You were going to forget weren't you?" Said Taekwoon. "Yeah," I said. "Wah~ it's nearly time," said Oppa. It's my first Korean traditional wedding so I have no idea what is happening but Appa told me that he would let Oppa and I be their helpers because it is was to slow and boring. So we wouldn't feel stress so they got Appa's siblings and Aunt Clarissa's sibling to be their helpers.
