It had been two or three days since the incident at my house, and it was the night before Christmas Eve. I had gotten many calls from my mother, but none from my father. I told my mom that until my father made the effort to sincerely apologize and make amends with Ty, I wouldn't have him around either of us, especially when I was pregnant. I said that I refused to have my children around him if he'd lose his temper that easily. Chris called me and told me the truth. He said that Ty had said I was pregnant with twins and apologized for getting me pregnant. He mentioned that it wasn't intentional but he wouldn't ask me to get an abortion because he knew I wouldn't agree and he was also uncomfortable with that idea. Chris said that Ty was extremely professional and adult about the whole situation and our dad had freaked out over nothing. I thanked him for telling the truth and that was the last I had spoken to them since the event occurred. I did end up agreeing to come to Christmas, simply because the kids and my mom and the entire rest of my large family hadn't done anything and didn't deserve to be punished on account of my father's stupid actions. We were supposed to go to Ty's family's hotel for Christmas Eve dinner. Originally, we were supposed to have dinner with both mine and Ty's family at my house, but we changed the plans since I didn't want to see my parents at that point in time. I figured I shouldn't punish my siblings, mom, and all of my other family so I decided I may as well go on Christmas Eve night and wake up there but I refused to speak with my father until he acted his age.
