Lauren's POV

Ty and I were in the kitchen preparing food, cake, snacks and drinks for the twins' 6 month celebration. We figured we'd have one for them because we missed out on that opportunity with Dana, being that she had just turned one when we found her. It wasn't going to be as big as their 1st birthday would but we figured we'd make it a special day anyway. After all, they were Ty and i's first set of twins and the first babies we had biologically. As I prepared the drinks and meals, Ty prepared snacks, goodie bags and part of the cake. We decided that he'd bake and I'd decorate. Dana and the twins were spending a day with Ty's sister so they wouldn't be bored at home while we were working. We were planning a family trip for my upcoming college graduation. It had always been a dream of mine to go to Thailand, so we decided to go there with the girls in about a week. We were gonna go for a month, 2 weeks in Thailand and 2 weeks in Egypt which was another place I always wanted to go to. While we prepared the stuff for the party, we listened to music and talked. We were about to find out the gender of the baby, but for some reason both Ty and I assumed and thought it'd be a girl, after all we did have twin girls and adopted a girl. But we both hoped for a boy because Ty wanted his little man and I wanted my Mama's boy. (A/N: LixiAT21 😏😏😂😂 the next chapter will be the birthday, this one was only short because it's a filler chapter just so you know what's going on in their lives idk if I should so comment here yes or no for angst drama at the party)
