"Dana come on! You need to get ready! You have to go to school, baby it's the law!" I shouted as I ran after Dana. She was naked and refused to get ready. Ty and I had to run a bunch of errands and we had a long ass meeting with the adoption agency coming up at 2 o clock. It was 7 AM and Dana had to go to school and be there and in class by 8:30. If I didn't get her ready now, it would never get done because I procrastinate so much. "No Mama, I stay home wit you an Daddy. I no go to school." Dana said. "Dana, baby, no! You have to go to school, wether you like it or not." Dana looked up at me and her big brown eyes we're beginning to fill with tears. "M-mama!" She burst into tears. "N-no. People meanies, mama. I stay home wit you." She begged pleadingly. I saw that she wasn't faking to stay home, she really looked terrified. I picked her up and cradled her in my arms. "Okay okay, baby. Lets go back to bed." I got her a bottle filled with banana milk and warmed it up. We made our way to our bedroom area and went to bed for a little bit longer.
