Time Skip a few days
Cathy's POV
A bit after Alex came to our house crying, she called her grandpa and he agreed to let her stay with him for a bit till her parents came around. He already had partial custody of her so she could've stayed as long as she wanted. She came to school one day, and we were lucky enough to not only have every class together, but to sit next to each other in every class, so we could quickly kiss when no one was looking, or hold hands underneath the desk. We held hands in the halls while we walked from class to class, and I'd kiss her on the cheek before we went our separate ways for the only 2 classes we didn't have together.
Time Skip to that night
Cathy's POV
That night at dinner we talked about normal things as we ate a nice meal, but Mama spoke up about halfway through. "So, Cathy, as we all know you're dating Alex, and obviously we fully love and support both of you. Would you like to invite her over for dinner tomorrow as an official meeting-of-the-parents ceremony?" She asked. "Sure," I said as I finished my food. I cleared my plate and put my dishes in the sink and went to go call Alex to ask her about dinner tomorrow night. "Hey baby," she answered, smacking her lips. It was clear that she was just finishing chewing and swallowing something before she answered. I blushed and bit my lip as I smiled a shy smile. "Hi, baby." I answered back. "What's up?" She asked. "Nothing, just finished dinner with the family. They were wondering if you wanted to come over after school for dinner tomorrow to meet them." I said. She laughed a bit. "I've already met them," she said, jokingly. "No, no like meet them as in meet them as my girlfriend." I clarified. "Oh, okay, I'll ask Pop Pop and I'll get back to you. Bye babe." I said bye and was about to say the 3 forbidden words I wanted her to say to me more than anything. But she never will...
