Time Skip 2 Weeks
It had been about 2 weeks since Dana got sick. A week after her appointment, we went to get blood work, and now we were on our way to find out the results. I had researched A1AD and was now hoping that was all it was. With any sickness there's major health risks, obviously, but this seemed to have very little. We got there and Ty had tagged along this time because he wanted to see how his daughter was doing. We got into the doctors office and he confirmed that it was Alpha 1 Antitrypsin Deficiency. He said we'd have to come in every 6 months for blood work to make sure her liver levels were fine, but other than that we were good. We left and took Dana to the mall. We ate at Panera Bread and took her to all of the little toy and clothes shops to pick out stuff for her for being such a good girl.
