Time Skip 1 month
Cathy's POV
Alex and I were planning on adopting a child, or having a sperm donor for one of us. Yeah, we were young, but Alex and I both had a job and did online schooling, so we'd eventually be able to get a better job. And we wouldn't be in our small studio apartment forever. My parents had kids young and their lives turned out amazing. We were both in love and getting married, we'd be married be for our child came (adoption or donor) so we'd be even more ready. It just made sense. I was looking online for possible donors when Alex came home. We were packing to leave for a trip in the morning. Our last trip before marriage. We both got up and spent a few hours packing, kissing, cuddling and watching TV. We fell asleep and at around 2:00 am, we woke up, put the bags in the backseat of the car and drove off towards Maine, hand in hand.
