A interview of Eunchae was released on June 27th whilst she was on tour with Stray Kids in Europe. The video brought up rumours of Eunchae leaving the group in order to be a soloist, however that wasn't the case when Eunchae answered with a slight offended tone.
She answered: "My solo schedule hasn't be affecting group activities. There's no reasons for leaving. Even if I did [leave] to become a soloist, I would've asked to return in a heartbeat. Being a soloist can be lonely sometimes and I appreciate the boys' company."
The interviewer then asked about her solo career which she responded: "While we are on tour, I am gaining much inspiration to write and create songs however I sadly don't have the materials to produce but I have a Chanie. I hope to come back soon before the year ends and I hope STAYs will enjoy it."
She then continued to talk about future collaborations and her role models in life. Eunchae even teased a possible collaboration with Kim Hanbin [previously known as B.I.]
