On December 28th, it was speculated that Stray Kids Eunchae would be having a comeback for her solo career after her last comeback in June of this year.
JYP released this official statement: "Hello this is JYP,
Our artist, Eunchae of Stray Kids, has been working on individual music for a long time now. With the help of fellow member, Chan and friend, [NCT] Mayse Son, she was able to create over 40 songs ready to be used and released.
After listening to each song and conducting with Eunchae, we've come to conclusion of her next comeback.
Eunchae is currently preparing for her solo comeback and will be sitting out of any Stray Kids schedules until further noticed.
Thank you, JYP."
After the announcement was made, Eunchae made a post on her personal Instagram account ( @eunchaebearr ), teasing her comeback that is said to be made in January of 2020.
