After our day at the shopping mall, we'd learned that the leader of the League of Villains - Tomura Shiguraki - had paid Midoriya a visit.

Once Ochaco had notified us, we'd all run back to where we'd left the poor boy, anxious and worried. Fortunately, Midoriya was fine, but the police had been called, and the place went into lockdown. They searched every inch of the giant complex, but no sign of the villain was left - not even a footprint.

Midoriya had been taken to the police station, while the rest of us had made some statements about when we last saw Midoriya, and then were dismissed. I wanted to see how Midoriya was doing, but my parents wouldn't let me, and I didn't try to push them. Thinking I'd worried them enough already, I let the matter drop, forcing my fears and worries to the back of my mind.

On the other hand, I woke up the next morning, and smiled seeing a familiar name pop up on the screen.

     Ochaco Uraraka

Morning Y/N!

I'm so happy that summer break has started!

I chuckled at her adorableness, typing back a quick response.

Me too! I'm glad we get a break after all that happened this semester, but I'm also excited for the training camp coming up soon. Don't you think it'll be fun?

Yeah, I can't wait either. Remember, we're going to the school pool today, seeing as we can't go anywhere else.

That's right. We'd put in a proposal to use the pool over the summer break seeing as we couldn't go anywhere. Guess this was what happened when your school is attacked by the League of Villains...

That's right! Almost forgot, haha. I'll see you at 10, yeah?

Sure thing, Y/N.

And with that, I leapt out of bed, bouncing like a rabbit who'd just discovered sugar. It had been so hot over the past few weeks - particularly during exams - and so going to the pool was going to be like heaven. With a quick hug goodbye to my parents, I escaped the muggy and heated confines of my house, gasping for fresh air as I burst through the door.

Walking towards school, my mind wondered to many places; from how wonderful the day was, to what could possibly be for dinner, my mind strayed. Honestly, I was just content on the fact that I didn't have school for a few weeks, meaning no assessment, no stupid quizzes, and surely no unexpected, life-threatening situations.

I was on a break, for crying out loud.

A buzzing noise interrupted the tranquil silence, alerting my other senses as I felt my phone vibrating in my pocket. 'Who could be calling me? ' I thought as I pulled the small, electronic device out, eyeing the Caller ID.

"S-Shoto...?"

I stiffened at the sight of his face lighting up my screen, my fingers frozen in place as they hovered mere millimetres above the answer button. I began to sweat, and my throat closed up slightly. Just looking at him - it was a picture that I'd taken of him in mid-realisation that I was photographing him, his eyes innocently wide and his lips agape - made me want to scream at his adorableness.

However, I realised what I was doing and slapped myself. 'Calm the hell down and just answer the phone.'

Thump Thump Thump

Ignoring my pounding heart, I managed to let my pointer finger drop, bringing the phone up to greet my icy-hot friend with my shaking hand.

"S-Shoto?" I stuttered. Crap. "What's up?"
