"Kirishima?!" I exclaimed, leaning over the railing in disbelief. "What the hell is he doing here?"

"He's not the only one, though," Shoto said, pointing to our left. "Look."

I followed where he pointed, scanning down the line of people sitting in the bleachers to spot a of group of girls and boys standing near the railing, too. My disbelief escalated into shock at the familiar faces I saw standing in the group.

"Midoriya?! Kaminari, Mineta, Iida, Momo, Kyoka and Ochaco, too?!" I couldn't really believe it - what the hell were half of my friends from class all doing here at I-Island; and no less within the preview area that only people with special passes had?

They weren't the only ones there, however. A tall blonde stood beside Ochaco and Kyoka, round spectacles sitting atop her dainty nose. She wore a white shirt underneath a red vest. An orange and yellow plaid bow-tie was tied loosely around her neck, matching the knee-high socks she wore underneath her brown boots and khaki-coloured pants. She didn't look our age, her face slightly more matured than the other girls' round, baby faces. I highly doubted that she was and I-Expo tour guide, simply based on her eccentric clothing choices; but if she wasn't a guide, then who was she, exactly?

"I'm gonna go exploring for a bit more," Shoto said, eyes scanning over the arena. "Maybe find out some more about this competition that's going on."

"Okay, I'm gonna go say hello the others, if that's okay?" I said, already walking over to them. "I'll see ya in a bit, Shoto!"

With a final way, we split off, and I made my way over to my friends who were still gawking over the railing at Kirishima.

"So, I'm guessing he's from UA, as well?" I heard the blonde ask from behind Midoriya, eyes wide in surprise at the hardened boy below.

Midoriya turned around and nodded, saying, "Yeah, he's in the same class as us."

"And so am I!" I exclaimed, running up to meet them, a big smile on my face. "How are we doing, guys?"

"You're here, too, Y/N?" Momo asked, stepping up to give me a tight hug.

"Yeah, it's good to see all of you. Why are you guys at I-Expo?"

"Her father is a shareholder in some of companies who create support items for heroes," Kyoka explained, a small smile on her face as she and Ochaco gave me hugs, too. "The rest of the girls are here, too; but Momo only had two extra tickets to come see the preview, so here we are."

"It was a battle of chance," Ochaco explained, "Playing rock-paper-scissors was the only logical way of deciding who got to go without hurting anyone's feelings. It just happened that Kyoka and I were the ones to luck out."

A few chuckles escaped me at the thought of the girls playing rock-paper-scissors, and I could only imagine the look on Mina's face when she lost out. She, no-doubt, probably acted as if her life was over, the drama queen that she was. Swinging my gaze to the rest of my friends, I asked, "And what brings you guys here? I can't believe all of us are here, really? It's almost coincidental that we are."

"I come from a long line of heroes," Iida said, waving his arms in a stiff manner. "It is expected that we were invited here. However, my family is busy, so it's just me."

Turning to my green-haired friend, I said, "And you, Midoriya? What brings you here?"

The boy in question blanched white when my gaze fell on him, and in turn the rest of my friends' gazes. His energy levels spiked too, going from normal to sporadic in seconds - a telltale sign he was nervous. "U-Um, I uh, I am here..." Midoriya stuttered, waving his hands around like he was trying to karate chop the air itself.
