(This is yet another old one that I got about 3/4 of the way through writing before I gave up, I guess! I had to laugh at the insults I had made up back then; they are so stupid that they are funny!)

(Y/n's P.O.V)

As you can probably tell, I am a Potter. When you think Potter, you think of the naughty little brother of mine, James Potter. He was very good at getting into trouble, so I paid no attention, which was helpful. Say if each month for some reason we had to go somewhere like to the Whomping Willow, he would be able to distract anyone if we got caught while I slipped down before the moon rose. What I'm hinting at? No? Well, when I was eight, I was bitten by a werewolf during a full moon, which means I am now also a werewolf, which means each full moon I transform, so I have to be in the shrieking shack where I can't hurt anyone.

My brother James and two friends, Peter and Sirius, became Animagi to accompany Remus, one of James's other friends, and me to the Whomping Willow each month. See, Remus is in the same boat as me; he is also a Werewolf. We understand each other better than anyone else can.

"James, please hurry up! The others left ages ago! The moon is going to rise soon!" I snap at my little brother.

"Sorry, I'm just making sure we have everything!" He replied.

"Oh yeah, this is the one time you will be ready! If we get caught, it's on you!" I said, dragging him out by the ear.

"Hey! I'm always ready to help you and Moony!" He defended.

"Really? The only thing you have ever been ready for in your life was to annoy me since you were born!" I laugh.

"Ha ha, we need to hurry up!" He said, laughing sarcastically.

"That is what I have been telling you for the last ten minutes!" I say, looking down at the map to make sure no one is in our path.

As we reached the Whomping Willow, I rushed in and down the path, running up the stairs to the shack.

"What took you so long? It's nearly time!" Remus snapped as I walked in.

"James' fault he insisted that, for once in his life, he wanted to be ready!" I roll my eyes as James walks in.

"Again, I'm sorry!" He said, his hands in the air in surrender.

"Whatever, just next time, hurry up!" Remus snapped.

"Babe! Chill!!" Oh shit, I did not just say that out loud!

"Babe?" James asked, glaring at us.

"Oh yeah, Babe stands for... Bolding Ass Baboon Eater?" I could be better under pressure! (See, it's so stupid, but it is funny!)

"Ha ha, Bolding Ass Baboon Eater!" Sirius laughed; he wasn't always the brightest person ever.

"What are you laughing about, Greasy Hair Fart Bag!" I laugh.

"Don't lie to me, Y/n! I know you better than anyone I know when you're lying!" Oh, do you know me better than anyone, James? Do you?

"Uh, look the... AH! Moon!" I said between screams, trying to change the subject.

James moved over to me, taking my hand as the pain shot through my body. He could be a great little brother at times!

"GAH!" Remus screamed in pain.

Despite the pain shooting through my body telling me not to move, I walked over to Remus, taking his hand and squeezing it as the next jolt of pain hit.

(That's almost all I had. I did end it, apparently, but badly, so I will add some more to it and see just how much my writing has changed in four years!)

-----

I woke up the next morning on the floor of the shrieking shack; Sirius, James, Peter and Remus were already awake, sitting on the couches and talking. I couldn't remember anything after the pain. I sat up stretching, but apparently, I sat up too fast because my head started to hurt. My hand shot to my head as the boys looked over at me. I pulled the blanket that James had dropped over me so that it would still cover my body.

"Hey, Y/n, you okay?" James asked, coming to sit next to me.

"Yep, just sat up too fast!" I told him, letting go of my head as Remus came and sat next to us.Remus pulled me into his lap, planting a kiss on my forehead. James got up to grab the bag he had brought. He pulled some panadol and a bottle out and handed them to me.

"Thanks!" I muttered, too tired to even realise the public display of love Remus had given me.

I took the panadol, and once it kicked in, stopping the throbbing in my head, I got up, took the clothes James brought me and went into the room next door to get changed. When I returned, my jaw was gaping as I stared at the boys.

"What's wrong, Y/n?" Remus asked.

"You... He... huh?" I couldn't form a sentence as James just laughed at me.

"Yeah, we may be good at hiding our relationship, but our wolves aren't!" Remus told me.

"Oh!" That was all I said.

------

Remus and I soon found ourselves walking up to the Hospital Wing while the others returned to the dorms to prepare for class.

"He didn't hurt you, did he?" I asked Remus as we walked hand in hand into the castle.

"Huh? No, of course not! He did threaten me, though! He means well!" Remus said as we reached the Hospital Wing.

"Hello, Y/n and Remus!" Madam Pomfrey greeted them, not even looking up. "Find yourselves beds, and I'll come check on you in a moment!"

Remus and I moved to the two beds closest to us and sat facing each other.

"At least now we don't have to hide it!" I sighed. "One less secret!"

Remus smiled at me as he reached over and held my hands.

"I love you, Y/n Potter!" He said as he looked me in the eye.

"I love you to Remus Lupin!" I say before kissing him.
