(Y/n's P.O.V)
The Battle of Hogwarts broke out only hours ago; while students, teachers, and order members defended the school, my fiancé Fred would not let me near the fight. I understand that he doesn't want to lose me or the baby, or possibly both. Fred and I are mere months away from being parents.
Because of this, I am currently hiding in the Room of Requirements when Harry comes in.
"Y/n, one of the Horcruxes is in here, well, in the room for lost things. Can we please use the room?" I nod, getting up off the couch and making my way out of the room.
While I waited for Harry and his friends to come out, the Slytherin trio arrived. I withdrew my wand, ready to defend myself.
"What do you three want?" I ask in a dark tone.
"You haven't been on the field," Draco stated.
"Good observations. Now answer me." I say.
"Then I guess Weasl wouldn't be happy if something happened to you." Damn, why do they always do that?
I slowly backed up, allowing them entry.
---- Time Skip brought to you by deaths----
Harry, Ron and Hermione flew out with Draco and Goyal; we heard an explosion coming from nearby, followed by Percy screaming.
"No, FRED, NO." He cried.
I ran and ran till I found Percy crying over Fred's dead body.
"Fred, No FRED, NO." I began to cry as I fell to my knees in tears.
How could this have happened? Why did this have to happen to him? He was so young; he was supposed to be a Father, and now his child would grow up not knowing their Father. I cried and cried, the sounds of battle drowned out by my thoughts till it all stopped, and Percy helped me to take him to the Great Hall.
My heart broke even more as the Weasleys came in excited that we had done so well in the battle, only for their faces to fall upon seeing Fred lying dead on the floor as I held him tight. One arm was wrapped around Fred while the other rested on my baby bump.
Molly came in and ran over to us, leaning down next to me, sobbing as she hugged me. Next was George; he had a massive grin while he scanned the room for his twin, but as he laid eyes on Fred, his face fell.
I watched as his heart broke much like my own; he made his way over to us as tears started to run down his cheeks slowly.
"Fred? Fred, wake up!!" He cried, kneeling next to him.
"I'm so sorry, George!" I cried, flinging myself at him and giving him a massive hug as we cried into each other's shoulders.
When Ron approached, George let go of me and hugged his brother. Ron and the twins weren't always the closest, but they could never have imagined losing each other.I slumped over yet again, pressing what would be the final kiss I ever gave him against his cold lips.
As my lips left, his tears continued to fall, and a bright flash of blinding light that only I seemed to see shone; I covered my eyes with my arm while my other still rested protectively over my stomach.
As the light faded, I felt Fred take a deep breath; I removed my arm over my eyes as he started to sit up.
I wrapped my arms around him as more tears, tears of joy this time, streamed down my face.
"Freddie!!" I cried out.
He wrapped his arms around me, stroking my back comfortingly.
"Let's get you back home," Fred whispered after searching the room, ensuring there wasn't still a battle.
The rest of the Weasleys stared in shock as Fred stood up to help me and lead me out of the room.
